However, in the last season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? the focus shifted from the couple's love life to Angela's weight loss and transformation. The last season showcased Angela undergoing a full-body transformation and dropping over 100 pounds. She opted for multiple procedures, such as breast reduction, liposuction, and gastric sleeve surgery. But the former reality star's weight loss journey did not end with the surgeries. After the rapid weight loss, Angela lost even more weight and was getting thinner by the day.
In March 2021, Angela officially debuted her jaw-dropping transformation by posting a before and after comparison. Later, the former cast member shared a TikTok video of herself dancing with her husband, Michael. With such great weight loss results, she soon started promoting healthcare and dietary products. Angela made a post about a weight loss candy in August 2021, claiming it's a part of her daily routine. However, 90 Day Fiancé fans called her out for promoting such a product and labeled it as false advertising.

Angela's new controversial behavior and party-going attitude get her a lot of backlash, but she doesn't seem bothered by it.
