When it came to creating compelling reality television, the season four ex-wife of Jorge Nava excelled in her role as a turbulent personality. Now a fitness enthusiast with a brand of her own, Anfisa addressed rumors about her time on the hit TLC show.
Anfisa and Jorge were featured on season four of 90 Day Fiancé, and they quickly established themselves as one of the most memorable couples to be featured. Russian Anfisa, who was 20 when she joined her 27-year-old fiancé in California, was unapologetic about her demands. The beauty made her lavish and luxurious wants known, even when Jorge couldn't meet her needs. She openly claimed she was with the American for his money, though she added Jorge was with her for her good looks. The couple was involved in many memorable fights as they eventually came to the conclusion that their marriage was not working out. Jorge ended up going to jail for possession of illegal drugs. Anfisa moved on to focus on fitness, and, with a little plastic surgery help, has established herself as a beauty to be reckoned with. The 25-year-old recently opened up about her time on the show, as well as her journey into fitness.
The Russia beauty took to her Instagram Story to answer fan questions on February 7. One of the questions she answered was if 90 Day Fiancé is scripted. "Not scripted per se but there's a plan for everything," she wrote. "For example, 'tomorrow we are going to film a scene at a certain place and we want you to talk about this and this.'" However, Anfisa clarified that her iconic "what's the most important thing in a relationship" line was a sarcastic answer she came up with on the spot. Though the show portrayed the Russian beauty joining Jorge in the United States on her K-1 fiancé visa, Anfisa told a fan the reason she came to America was "for fun." Another fan asked if her negative portrayal on the show made her regret doing it. "No. It was a great experience that made me 1,000% percent stronger and taught me so many lessons and gave me this platform," Anfisa wrote back. "It was like a role I played. A stereotypical Russian gold digger mail order bride. Some people just didn't get it and it's okay."
The Russian spitfire established herself as a fan-favorite, and it turns out she may be returning to reality television in the future. When asked if she would appear on a different reality show, Anfisa wrote "I have a few offers so we'll see." Anfisa also answered some questions related to her body goals and publicized surgeries. When asked if she was at her body goal yet, she gave a detailed answer. "My goals are constantly evolving so once I reach one goal... I come up with a new one," she wrote. "Same applies to my whole life not just my body." She added that her favorite muscle group to work is her glutes. She also confirmed she has had surgery on her breasts, nose, and chin. When it comes to advice after a bad breakup, the reality television personality advised people to spoil themselves "and remind yourself what a queen you are."
The reality star and fitness fanatic also announced exciting personal news this week. Anfisa launched her own website, complete with custom workout programs and meal plans. Her website offers custom training programs, home or gym workouts, custom meal plans that cater to dietary needs, progress tracking, and access to a private Facebook group where members can communicate with Anfisa. The 90 Day Fiancé alumn currently boasts nearly 800K followers and provides regular updates about her workouts and fitness results.
