History repeated itself when Amira left for Serbia and quarantined there amidst riots, only to have Andrew comfort her by sending an abusive row of text messages. After having spent three days and two nights in the immigration detention center, 90 Day Fiancé star Amira, 28, was deported back home. But while Amira insisted on renewing her K-1 visa with just 30 days left amidst the pandemic, Andrew, 32, pushed her to go for “loophole” 2.0, Serbia. Amira braved quarantining in a whole new country again, but a day before she could board her flight to the US, Andrew picked a fight. The Californian 90 Day Fiancé star pressurized Amira to say they would have children, but her reluctance soon turned vicious as fans saw through Andrew’s disturbing texts that flashed on the screen. Amira almost got on her flight, but after another passive-aggressive call from Andrew, she had a panic attack and saw the relationship had reached its end.
90 Day Fiancé viewers always wondered how the oddball couple came to be, and their meet-cute was one fit for the screen. The Saumur-based beauty Amira found her vineyard-surrounded city boring and revealed how she was always dreaming about love, the perfect relationship, and the perfect life. Amira revealed she didn’t fit in France “100%” and the only way out was to go abroad, which is why she joined an international dating website two years ago. Within two days, Amira messaged Andrew, who almost overlooked the chat after hearing from many women. Still, Andrew reached out to Amira and the couple felt an instant connection and spoke every day until they met in her favorite city, Las Vegas.
Andrew prepared the entire trip for his 90 Day Fiancé partner and said she looked like a supermodel, leading him to propose to her on their hotel room balcony. “And I said yes. That’s how quick it went,” Amira gushed to the cameras while listing down what made her do so. The TLC starlet noted how Andrew was a very romantic person and a very caring partner who would move heaven and Earth for her “in a heartbeat.” Amira also shared how Andrew made her “feel like a princess.” The 90 Day Fiancé couple then waited for a year for Amira to get her K-1 visa, which she, unfortunately, got on the day that a travel ban related to COVID-19 was announced in America.
Meanwhile, Andrew, who has been unhappy about the edit 90 Day Fiancé has given him, even calling it “frankenbiting,” alleged Amira was hungry for fame. Some believed Amira could have fallen for Andrew just because of his American citizenship, and her (SPOILER ALERT) allegedly having a new boyfriend in California added fuel to the fire.
