Former 90 Day Fiancé stars Alina and Steven Johnston celebrated their first wedding anniversary in Dubai. It is quite surprising news for many TLC viewers who didn't think that Steven and Alina's marriage would last long. The couple was first introduced on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 3, during which they featured a tumultuous relationship. Steven revealed that he went out with other women while he dated Alina. He also asked Alina to read the Holy Book of Mormon when he was not following the commandments of his own faith. Still, the Russian beauty Alina believed that Steven loved him, and she agreed to marry him.
But things took a drastic turn in the following months. The couple featured on the 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Tell-All, and Steven revealed that he wants to have a threesome. While Alina looked disgusted, other co-stars criticized Steven for disrespecting his wife. Ariela Weinberg also told Steven that he wasn't invested in his relationship with Alina. Around this time, nine women claimed that Steven demanded intimate pictures from them. But Alina ignored the warnings and decided to give her husband a second chance and work on their marriage.
