On Friday, Annapurna Interactive released an official poster for Twelve Minutes, demonstrating the game's cinematic style and production design. The intricate artwork on the poster shows a silhouette walking through a doorway, with a dramatic shadow forming the shape of a keyhole. The figure's shadow is also welding a knife, likely hinting at the game's central mystery. The poster also puts heavy emphasis on the game's star-studded cast, with Daisy Ridley, James McAvoy and Willem Dafoe given prominent real estate at the bottom of the poster.

Official poster released for 12 Minutes.

Twelve Minutes has been highly anticipated since it was first announced way back in 2015, but it appears that the game is finally nearing its release. The mystery adventure title is set to launch in August 2021, and a recent Twelve Minutes gameplay preview provided a glimpse at the game's Groundhog Day-like time loop mechanic. Players are placed in the shoes of a husband who must repeatedly relive a violent intrusion into his and his wife's home. With a fascinating premise and big-name actors to support the narrative, Twelve Minutes looks to be a thrilling and intimate experience.
