Most of the comments expressed fans' love for Gage and noted how the blossoming boy looks like his parents. Some of Amy's followers caught on to the words written across Gage's onesie, which called back to an integral moment in Amy's weight loss journey. In the Instagram post, Gage's onesie read, "Mom thought it was Chinese, Sike!"
