Amy Slaton Halterman of 1000-lb Sisters reveals to her followers that she has started to suffer from Braxton Hicks or false labor pains. Amy, who is married to Michael Halterman, had a difficult journey to parenthood, as all of her ups and downs were documented on her TLC show. Amy often shared with her supporters that she always dreamed of becoming a mother but found that her weight problem made it hard for her to become pregnant.

Viewers watched as Amy's hard work to lose her excess weight finally paid off as she qualified for the gastric bypass surgery. She and Michael were then able to conceive their son Gage. Now with another son due in the summer, Amy is already feeling the pressure of being a mother to two. However, she seems proud and excited to be able to expand her young family with Michael.

Recently, Amy took to her Instagram to share a cute update on the growth of baby number two. At 31 weeks, Amy excitedly revealed that her unborn son is as large as a coconut, weighing in at almost four lbs and measuring 16 inches. The 1000-lb Sisters star shared the baby can now turn his head from side to side and move his arms and legs. Amy also revealed that she is suffering from Braxton Hicks, which is when the uterus contracts and releases. Braxton Hicks are fairly common at this point in a pregnancy. Check out Amy's update about her second baby below:

For weeks now, Amy has updated her followers about the fetus' growth, size, and gender. Baby boy Halterman has gone from the size of a lima bean, lemon, avocado, and now to a coconut. Amy and Michael recently shared their gender reveal with viewers overjoyed to learn that Gage is going to have a little brother. So far, Amy's pregnancy has been on schedule, and she has remained healthy. Amy also hasn't stopped posting updates on Gage, who recently sported a throwback Rugrats shirt.

With her growing family, Amy's future on 1000-lb Sisters is up in the air. She's made it clear that she doesn't want to miss any major milestones as filming for TLC takes time away from her kids. Her sister, Tammy Slaton, is more interested in continuing, but Amy had yet to commit. For now, Amy is just concentrating on her new baby and making it to the due date.
