Due to the sprawling and complex chronology of the CW's sci-fi drama The 100, Bellamy Blake (Bob Morley) goes on a journey through time and space that ages him well beyond his years. The first season of The 100 is set in September 2149, 97 years after a nuclear apocalypse rendered the Earth largely uninhabitable. A space station called The Ark is home to a group of people that were able to flee the planet before the devastating blasts, presumably making them the last survivors of the human race.

Increasingly pressing sustainability issues cause the people of The Ark to send 100 delinquents under the age of 18 down to Earth to assess whether the planet has become safe enough to allow for humanity's return. One of the original characters of The 100 is Bellamy Blake, who forces his way onto the dropship headed to Earth in order to protect his little sister, Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos), who is also on board. As the only person over the age of 18 and a wanted criminal himself, Bellamy takes control of the group of delinquents upon their landing.

Bellamy Blake is 23 years old when he comes to Earth in the pilot of The 100. The first two seasons of the show happen within the span of an astonishingly fast-paced 52 days, forcing the stranded teenagers to grow up very quickly in a short amount of time. The rest of the inhabitants of The Ark eventually join the original 100 on Earth, where they must contend with the resilient descendants of those who survived the initial nuclear apocalypse, including Grounders and the Mountain Men.

The 100 Clarke Bellamy Day Trip

Bellamy and his friends, including his close confidant and ally Clarke Griffin, face many impossible and traumatic situations in their time on Earth. Their biggest challenge of all comes at the end of season 4 when a wave of deadly radiation sweeps the planet in an event referred to as Praimfaya. While most of the remaining Ark survivors retreat to an underground bunker to wait out the next few years in which the Earth will be unlivable, Bellamy and a few others escape the wave by going back to The Ark. Six years go by before they return in season 5, making Bellamy 29 years old. In the year 2156, the leader of a group of prisoners bombs the planet and the characters of The 100 must flee on the prisoners' ship. Bellamy and the others put themselves in cryosleep for the next 125 years it takes to get to the inhabitable moon Alpha.

In season 6 of The 100, The Anomaly - a bridge between worlds - is discovered. A group called The Disciples uses The Anomaly to convert Bellamy to their own cause, leading Bellamy to seemingly turn against his own people. Because of this, he is tragically killed by Clarke in season 7. Starting The 100 at the age of 23, Bellamy Blake is presumably 30 years old at the time of his death. Chronologically, he lived over a span of 155 years before meeting his end in the final season of the show.
