The 100 season 6, episode 8, "The Old Man and the Anomaly" revealed more than one twist, and in doing so, it brought about a handful of new questions going into the final episodes of the season. The 100 season 6 started off somewhat slow but has been ramping up in intensity with each passing week. Of course, the past few episodes have seen the people of Earth collide with the people in Sanctum over Clarke's supposed death.

First, it was the revelation that Clarke was dead, and then it became about Clarke taking back control of her own mind and body. And now, it's about them - or, more specifically, Bellamy - attempting to bring Clarke back from the brink of death by potentially mind-wiping Josephine. Regardless of what happens in the end, it's certainly been interesting to watch all of this unfold, and especially see how actress Eliza Taylor plays an entirely different character.

But while things have been brewing behind the scenes over the last few weeks, it's all starting to come to a head. Everyone knows what's happening - except Abby, for some reason - and they've all seemingly chosen their side, including Murphy. With so many cards on the table now, the situation in Sanctum is going to escalate when the series returns after a brief hiatus. In the meantime, though, here are some questions that we're left with.

Is Henry Ian Cusick Gone For Good Now?

Kane looks on concerned

The 100 seems to have found an... interesting way of recasting characters. The producers have not only managed to kill off a specific actor but also keep his character alive by transferring his consciousness into another person. Since this has been the focal point behind season 6, it shouldn't be too surprising. But with Marcus Kane now inside Greyston Holt, does that mean Henry Ian Cusick is gone for good? Probably yes, but there's always the chance that he could return for flashback sequences.

What Exactly Is The Anomaly?

The 100 Octavia and the Anomaly

Going berserk during the Red Sun and having a group of people revered as gods because they can transfer their consciousness to another body are both strange things, though perhaps not for The 100, but the anomaly is still the craziest aspect of season 6. It disrupts radio signals, forces people to experience hallucinations, and can heal injuries caused by temporal flares. But what is it, exactly? Octavia not only managed to be cured, but she was also the first person ever to come back from the other side. How?

What's The Relationship Between Josephine & Ryker?

The 100 Ryker

From the start, Ryker seemed to be the most morally ambiguous person amongst the Primes, but as it turns out, he's already chosen a side (at least somewhat). As Josephine reveals in front of Emori and Murphy, Ryker is the person who let Gabriel escape. And since he's not completely on board with the Primes using hosts, perhaps he'll one day side with the people of Earth. But until that day comes, he's still on the side of the Primes.
