When it came to the big roles in films, they were left in the cold with just small bit parts. On the other hand, Pixar still uses a lot of "in house-talent" for their movies. (Since they can pretty much do whatever they want - whereas animation departments elsewhere don't have that freedom at all.) ZAR. @Heath:

It began with Toy Story and was cemented by Shrek. That is some good voice talent though. Too bad all films go for name actors for their voice talent.
