I’ve actually debated recently whether I should put a moratorium on any more new clips or images related to Iron Man… but I just can’t make myself do it.
There’s another new TV clip that just came out, and I’ll be damned if every one that comes out isn’t better than the one that came before it. Most of this one we’ve seen before except for a couple of new scenes at the end - but those new scenes rock.

A friend of mine who knows the industry very well and I were having a debate about how much this movie will make on opening weekend. He was talking the $80MM range while I thought more like $50MM. The more I see of this and the more the word gets out, the more I think I’m insane for thinking it will only do that much on opening weekend.

Iron Man is going to basically open up the summer movie season on May 2nd. Spring will be here and people will by dying for their first, fun, mega-blockbuster movie of the year. They are going to show up in droves for this bad boy, and that’s great news because it means - sequels, baby!
I really believe that we have the makings of a new, hot superhero franchise. Someone fresh, that most people haven’t heard of, but will love and want to see more of.
May 2nd can’t come fast enough…

Anyone else agree that at the end of the movie, they will unveil a new set of armor that will either not be used at all, or just be used once? Just to hint at further adventures & show that Stark will continue modifying the armor?

Jimmy the C, I suspect War Machine or the Hulk-Buster Armor might be revealed. Terrence Howard is playing the character who becomes War Machine, so maybe his role will be bigger in future releases.
Yeah there’s so many different Iron Man suits. I think there’s like 10 different ones in the comics.
Btw, I saw some of the new Iron Man action figures at the Grand Slam convention yesterday and theres a figure for every suit. Mark 1-3 and Iron Monger. It looks like Iron Monger has a cockpit. The thing is so huge in the film but the Action figure is only a little bigger than the Mark 1. I had to look at the box because Monger and Mark 1 looked the same….there’s also a mark 3 figure that has detachable face plate and different weapons.
I’m bettin will see the steath armor after the Mark 3.
Pretty sure will see the birth of SHIELD as well in the film.
Right now, i will settle for seeing The birth of Iron Man .
my guess is the stealth armor comes in the sequel.
Because if it were in this film,
wouldnt they be marketing the heck out of it?
The stealth armor is extraordinarily COOL!
