It has been revealed that Ken Leung is set to join the cast of Lost for the show’s upcoming fourth season, presumably beginning with the February 2008 season premiere. Pop culture fans may recognise Leung as Kid Omega from last year’s wonderfully solid X-Men: The Last Stand or as mentally unstable Carter Chong on an episode of The Sopranos.
The report from TV Guide suggests the actor - who apparently “turned heads” in his role on the HBO series - will play the role of “a brilliant mathematician who is capable of great insights and has a tremendous knowledge across various scientific fields.”

It’s not much but, heck, in this long Lost drought any news will do, right? There’s definitely something intense about Leung that could mean some interesting storylines.
Meanwhile, did anyone know this guy’s 37 years old? Man, those Asians have good genes.

Actually, on the X-3 dvd special features they said that kid omega was a mistake, and on the credits it was really supposed to say Quill, a mutant at Xaiviers Institute. In the comics Kid Omega is a mutant with telepathy.
I wouldn’t call X3 solid; I was very disappointed.

I’m pretty sure Kane was being sarcastic.

I certainly hope so, lol. But if he dug it, more power to him! Btw, anyone see Rush Hour 3? I hear Ratner’s finances aren’t doing so good since he gets a lot of back-end deals.

Yes… I was being sarcastic.
As for the Kid Omega/Quill thing… damn! I went to write Quill, but the TV Guide thing said Kid Omega… as did IMDB. I’m yet to indulge in the X3 extras. given my love for the film, I’ve been… erm… holding off the excitement.
