According to Superherohype.com, after having won the People’s Choice Award for “Favorite Female Action Star” Halle Berry was so pleased that fans like her “Storm” character so much that she told them if they really want X-Men 4 to be made, it’s up to them.
Here’s what she said:
“You guys really love X-Men? Ok, here’s what you have to do. Write letters. Every one of you in this building who love X-Men and want to see X-Men 4, write a letter to Tom Rothman at Fox and tell him so and you will get another one, and I’ll be there too.”
Considering how fairly weak X-Men 3 was (yes, I gave it 3 out 5 stars, but I was in a generous mood that day) and the fact that generally speaking, each consecutive sequel in a series gets worse than the previous film, I won’t be blasting any emails off any time soon clamoring for another movie. Maybe if they brought Bryan Singer back to helm it, but he’s probably going to have his hands full with the Superman sequel.
I find it funny that Halle actually won the award considering how awful her performance was in X3. Of course considering the competition was Uma Thurman in My Super Ex-Girlfriend which was no doubt pretty awful and Kate Beckinsale in Underworld: Evolution which had a lot fewer people see it I guess I’m not surprised.

Meanwhile,At the Xavier’s Institute,Storm and the professor are both in Cerebro trying to figure out any clues regarding the strange phenomena, to search for any mutants trying to plan an attacks on Genosha especiallly their prominent enemy ERIK LENSHAR(MAGNETO).While Xavier manages to lock on all mutants and humans using CEREBRO, Storm asks if he is able to find Magento. Xavier interrupts her explaining that since his powers have developed and that since he is in the body of a younger and physically strong individual he can control the level of psychic telepathy when focused specifically on an individual without killing them but only for a short period. Xavier also assures her that if Magneto is still alive as she is certain the he fled after losing the battle with the X-men during Alcatraz incident, he doubts that Mangeto would be foolish enough to forget to keep his helmet on, regardless of the fact he witnessed his own diminish by the Phoenix plus the frightening rumours of Genosha.he explains that telepathic energy travels like electromagnetic energy so that is why Magneto has knwoledge of blokcing his telepathy(if you watch X-men animated the fox cartoon version , in the intro scene at the end you notice Xavier using his tlelpathic powers while Magneto repels them with his elelctromagnetic powers). But Storm warns Xavier that since more mutants are gradually regaining their powers, Magneto could be at his old tricks by creating another brotherhood preparing them for an invasion on either Genosha or an attack on the mansion to eliminate the mutant child – LEECH, once more. Xavier tells her that he doubts Magneto would take that same tactic and fears that he may not be the only problem after the whoLE GENOSHA rumours.
At that given moment, Xavier still plugged into cerebro freezes telling ORORO that something is terribly wrong, telling her to gwet out.Storm is surprised and asks the professor to explain.
Cerebro suddenly shuts down and the whole room blacks out into total darkness for some seconds. Terrified Storm asks Xavier what’s wrong, with her voice speaking unsteady(storm is claustrophobic). There is no response from the professor and with total darkness, ORORO begins to freak out gradually. All of sudden CEREBRO reboots,still dark, but this time out of control. A display of both humans and mutants display starts to spin crazilly all around the vicinity creating defeaning sounds. These sounds are a mixture of cries, shouts, yells ,protests,anger, screams from all beings connected to Xavier. Panicking Storm looks worriedly around cerebro seeing the images(like in x-men 2 with wolverine and Xavier in Cerebro but crazier)raggedly appearing and disappearing constantly. She tries to communicate with Xavier,shouting at him to shut it down. But the professor does not comply. The images along with the sounds begin to increase more violently and storm panicks even more. Electrical sparks and slight explosions occur around the room while the professor is still connected. Storm starts to lose control of her fear and powers,begging Xavier to shut it down. The sounds and images intensify and this time there are more electrical blasts inside the room. Storm screams even more with her eyes glittering white and her hands covering her ears. The mutant and human images start to spin around meshing together vigourously forming a demon like faces. The demon like faces begin to focus on storm and Xavier.The voices turn into demon like laughters and cries saying ‘YOUUU DOOOO NOOOOOT KNOOOOOOOOOW WHATTTT OR WHOOOOO YOU ARE MESSING WITH HA HA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA’
XAVIER suddenly speaks although seeming hipnotized saying repeatedly for Storm to shut Cerebro down herself.
Storm gradually loosing control of her powers begs,weeping for xavier to shut CEREBRO down-and it is almost like she knows the demon like face.her hands begin to charge violenlty with electrical energy , like lightning spakrs. Storms then warns that she might have to take desperate measures herself to shut the system down and releases a huge electric wave blast to engulf cerebro thereby blacking out the whole room and successfully shutting down cerebro. The incident triggers an alarm at the danger room to alert the others,and storm calls out for the others to meet them at the entrance to CEREBRO warning about the professor state.
EARLIER ON
Meanwhile Colossus,Iceman along with Nightcrawler and Logan assist Beast in installing the new upgrade progam for the danger room to match up to LOGAN’S standards.During installment Nightcrawler asks McCoy how his such a genius with advanced military technology. Beasts explains that with his scientific & engineering qualification plus experience with the government(earlier times),one such as he would have acquired some great deal of knowledge especially with sophisticated defence weaponry- and asks for Logan’s opinion on what he just said. Logan agrees with Beast stating that from his early experience with the elite forces, agents were introduced to new technology, from day-to-day- to fight advancing terrorists corporations.(Logan suddenly gets a memory flashback of him being commanded by a one-eyed man to fly some sort of advanced ‘WING’ kite). Logan comes back, suddenly changes the subject and jokes, saying that he hopes that Beast’s new upgrade program does not exceed beyond the danger room and messes up with the mansion’s security defences taken out the whole Institute in one goal with them in it.
They are later interrupted by the Storm who tells them to postspone their duties and asks specifically for Beast,Nightcrawler and Logan to join her and the Professor at the entrance to cerebro urgently. Colossus and Iceman are told to join the others. Iceman heads off to join Rogue who is playing card games with Leech(A.K.A THE CURE).
The three approach CEREBRO,but the door is still looked. On their side everything looks normal, unaware of the unfortunate experience that Xavier and Ororo have just experienced inside CEREBRO. BEAST and LOGAN bang on the door but no repsonse. Logan tells Nightcrawler(nicknaming him shadow step) to teleport and get both of them out.Nightcrawler reminds LOGAN of his real name and teleports inside CEREBRO. Inside CEREBRO, Nightcrawler finds an unconscious Xavier and an exhausted storm in draining tears lying helplessly as if beaten up completely. He asks for explanations from her. All she says that ” IT WAS HORRIBLE” “YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN IT”
Rather than teleport them out of CEREBRO, NIGHTCRAWLER opens the ememrgency lock to open the entrance doors draging both of them out.
Unconscious Xavier is taken to the mansion’s infirmary until he recovers to give them some answers.

Since Prof X is-was always in search of giving Mutants a home…then as a side line form X3 he secretly found a mutant who can shapeshift….take his place as one did in early X-mags of Marvel….which opens the door for both Wanda & Petro ( Quicksilver )& further develops of characters:Nightcrawler,Colossus,Storm,Iceman,
ETC….we gotta see Storm, boots & all…Colossus

Hi. Good Idea, But I think a better choice would be the lady who plays Will Smith’s wife in “I AM LEGEND” movie. Storm is a strong female character in the marvel comics and i think to play her you need someone with strong facial features.Unlike Rogue, Jean and Shadowcat, Storm is more like the mature, survivor type character. Out of all the marvel movies that have been made, i stil prefer the x-men mostly. I know spiderman made more money but watching all three sequels, still felt like watching toys fighting. I know in the hollywood business making money is the whole principle. But you can make both a good movie and make money as well. I think directors should study the comics properly. If you watch x-men animated series which air on ‘FOX’ kids ,even though it is more than a decades old, it is still much better than the material produced on the big screen- and that was done with guys drawing. Directors probably need these animator’s to teach them something about creating the marvel comics. I am not that impressed with the ‘IRONMAN’ movie either coming soon. To me the trailer was not that exciting. The ‘FOX’ kids x-men and spiderman animated series for me, were phenomenal.So many characters and it still worked.

i am from argentina here we love the series, in my opinion the two first movies are really really good , the third was very good to , in an fx respect because the script was crap , killing profesor? cyclops ??? thats pissing me off , jean maybe could die because she is inmortal because of phoenix she come back. But all the movie was a 6 points , i want to see gambit and apocalipses and so many characters who never apeard, because all of that your duty how producers is make another movie x-men 4 an d 5 and love see sentinels too , is very expensive do that , but maybe in two years don’t ,,

Xavier(in another man’s body) recovers in the x-mansion’s infirmary, still on the bed, with x-men Storm,Wolverine and Beast at his side asking him how he feels.Xavier answers that the body feels okay and besides the incident in cerebro, the body still maintained the ability to handle his astral form.Xavier asks Beasts how is cerebro – and that he bets that there is some damage caused. Beast replies that – not even a scratch and that apart from some surges,Cerebro is still intact. Wolverine asks what happened in there. Xavier tells Logan to be patient that he too does not understand or what he observed- that they were too many visions happening at one go. Logan replies that the answer was not good enough and he smells danger especially when it concerns the professor. Xavier says the only way to find out would be to rest for a couple of the days to further rejuvenate his astral form then use cerebro again to get some answers. Beasts agrees. Storm and Logan immediately refuse and beg the professor not too.Xavier touches Logans mind and realises that infact, Logan still felt guilty about refusing to listen to him resulting to the unfortunate incident that happened with Jean and Logan in the X-mansion infirmary. He speaks to Logan psychically, telling him that they will not lose him a 2nd time. He has experienced mans greatest fear ‘death’ and he is lucky to exist again to speak of it. Storm unlike Logan begs desperately for the professor to avoid cerebro if not ever. Xavier psychically enters Storm’s mind and noticed that she is a woman lost without the professor and losing him during the incident with Jean was bad enough for her. He also tries to look deeper as suspects that storm is concerned about something beyond losing the professor but finds it difficult at pointing-it out. Logan talks rashly to Storm saying she was in Cerebro with the professor, what did she is – and why does she suddenly agree with him. Storm answers that she saw nothing. Logan warns her not to lie that he has been in Cerebro too with the professor and that she must have seen something will professor was had connected to the machine.
But Storms answers with some authority, saying she saw nothing. Beast calms them down and says that Xavier needs a peaceful mind after just recovering. Xavier tells Beast not to worry that he is ready to stand up. The professor communicates psychically with Beast, telling him he hopes his new toy is ready for him and feels it is the best time to do what he has planned to do since he returned to mansion.
Beast understands and says that Colossus and Nightcrawler have taken care of that and the thing is waiting for him in the lounge where the mutant kids are. Loagn looking puzzled is curious to know what the professor and Beast are up to but Storm is already aware of it. Confused Logan asks all 3 of them why is he the last to know about things around the mansion. Xavier tells him that he always smokes cigars, plus leaves and comes in the mansion as he pleases not respecting the fact that the mansion is school and safe haven for helpless mutant individuals,and that if he wants some trust and respect he has got to earn it sometimes.
The professor gets off the bed and tells the three to walk with him to the lounge. As the four walk through the corrider, Beasts communicates with Nightcrawler using a micro communicator telling him to prepare the everyone in the mansion. Nightcrawler understands and signals to Colossus, Iceman and Shadowcat to get ready that the others are coming up.
Another Scene.
11.00pm- In a suburban street an old woman walks out of her house to use the a payphone booth situated around near the local park. The park street lights are on except the lights closest to the payphone booth seem to have been vandalised. She comments about bloody juveniles costing taxpayers money everytime they have to replace vandalise property. She sees the payphone booth and notices a someone using it. Due to the lack of lights she finds it difficult to determine the figure in the payhpone booth and walks slowly towards the booth. She realises that the figure is quite tall almost occupying the whole inside of the booth with the figure backing her. She is slightly concerned how late it is for someon eto be using a phone at this time. She reaches the entrance door of the booth and waits for the man to finish. But he takes sometime . She loses her patience and knocks on the door telling the man that it is a public phone and that others need to use it too. But the man ignores her completely. She then knocks harder and loses her patience even more and tries to make face contact with the man by moving to a postion where she can see his face to get his attention further. But as she tries to, the man constantly backs her everytime shen tries to while still speaking on the phone. She starts to kick the door of the phone booth screaming and cursing saying that she knows gangsters in the area and they would sort him out without the cops figuring out regardless of how huge he is and that he should quickly consider dropping the phone line. She takes a few yards from the booth and throws a rock intending on smashing the entrance door glass but the man still ignores her and keeps speaking on the phone with his back still turned to her. The door of the booth opens and is slightly ajar. But the man is still speaking on the phone. She starts to walk toward the entrance and as she is just about to open the door, the man unexpectedly turns around positioning his face directly towards hers putting the woman in sudden fright. A man, beast, creature- with a roar as fearsomes as a lion,hairy face as a werewolf, eyes and fangs you would take for a vampire ,facially threatens the woman and tells her
-BACK OFF BITCH! THE PHONE IS MINE FOR NOW!
He grabs the terrified woman by the neck, lifting her up and pulls her face towards his threatening her with his fanged teeth and tells
-THE NAME’S CREED! SCREAM FOR ME-
and then throws her away making her konck her back on the ground violenlty. Stunned by the incident she begins to scream, shouting the ‘A MONSTER’and runs off. Some guys not far off hear her screams(they are five of them, muscular , with baseball bats and two rotweillers) are alarmed and head towards the screams . They find the distraught woman who tells them that there is a monster using the phone booth. They are confused,and one of them is reluctant to go but the boss says that the woman is displaying no sign of a hoax and that they should check it out.
The reluctant one tells the boss of the gang the is he sure, that in the area people go missing all the time and is it really a good idea to check out this so called monster out. The boss tells him not to chicken out that it could be some crazed homeless pervert who aint taken care of himself for sometime threatening people at night and that they should finish him off, besides they got k-9s with them.

Here is basically the storyline of X-men 4:
The story will mostly cover over Storm considering the past three have followed Wolverine. Since the death of Xavier, his school starts to lose many students, who fear that their school is not safe anymore. With the death of Jean Gray, Cyclops, and Xiaver, Storm and Wolverine decide to “form” a bigger team, with only kitty, iceman, rogue, and colosuss.
With the new recruits:
Jubilee and Spyke
Magneto (Now with the cure worn off) feels threatened by the x-men and recruits his own “gang” with only pyro still alive.
Magneto’s recruit:
Gambit, quicksilver, Blob, and Avalanche
(Kind of like the evolution)
Once recruited Magneto goes to Xavier’s school and ambushes the school to take control, feeling he should be the new head master after his close friends death.
Rogue’s powers become much stronger and not knowing that avalanche is fighting with brotherhood, she leaves iceman (Because of kitty)and her and avalanche “hook up”
With the new recruits Spyke and Jubilee
Storm, Wolverine, Iceman, Colosuss, rogue and kitty fight for the school, but with so many new brotherhood’s and the confliction that spyke is Storm’s nephew. THe brotherhood succesfully takes over.
Spyke struggles greatly with his ability to grow bone-like spikes that can be shot out with great accuracy. Storm also deals with the fact that she has a nephew (Spyke, if u didnt know already)
and basically they fight for the school back and Gambit switches sides and becomes an x-men then goes back to brotherhood.

Oh,for those of us who are purists….Storm,in barefoot (& She be hot )is almost as tall as Peter Rasputin in his non-armored form – that’s about 6’7….add heels-ala boots….well, suffice to say I read all my Xmen books since day 5.
A good actress I once thought ought to play Ms. Grey is Tacy Griffith -the sister of actress Melaney Griffith ( Antonio Banderas wife )Tracy has the 4 things…a bod,talent,red hair,eyes that Jean Grey has/had…etc….with all due respect to Famke Jennson….
A LOGICAL CHOICE TO FILL CHARACTER SLOTS IS TO GET SOME UNKNOWNS TO FILL THE ROLES…ASIDE FROM PROF-X,Storm,Logan Bobby Drake,Pyro,Rogue,etc.
Storm has to be on x-men 4 and if not ill be crushed. Shes my favorie actress and no one else has has grabbed on to me so hard that if she could id love to see her in every movie i watch. So please make an x-men 4 and put halle berry in it as the roll of STORM!!!!!!!!Thanx.
There should be an x-men 4 and hollywood should sort of fix it up. We have had enough wonders of special effects, produce a stronger plot. If one thing i am happy with x-men 3 is that they did not conclude it totally(if you watch the end after the credits). I think it would be pointless bringing characters like cyclops back- they already brought Jean back. Magneto should not take over the Xavier institute- a character like him should never change his ambition for mutant superiority. Rogue will be very protective with Leech(the cure) in appreciaton for making her get the chance to be intimate with Iceman. Mutant boy who always watches tv becomes very handy as he memorises almost everything he watches especially the news and announcement of new technology.
They should bring back sabretooth and toad.
A new cerebro should be refitted using beasts help with some extra defence systems for the mansion. There should be a topic of mutants involved in stoping greenhouse effect and preserving wildlife. Mystique should not rejoin Magneto but still has the same ambitions and deeper. They should be sentinels since we have already scene the A.P.U. in matrix reloaded and TRANSFORMERS. There should be a nuclear warhead disarmament issue. There should be a new X-jet. As years pass by Xavier should have new advanced wheelchair as to make students at the Institute remember he is still the professor. Angel uses the danger room alot trying to maximise high flying skills. They should keep the president but trust between him and Beast should deteriorate(explain later). Issues concerning feuds with Russia and the UN should be included (explain later). They should bring in the infamous ‘FRIENDS OF HUMANITY’. Wolverine should be secretly kidnapped by old friends but for informational reasons and then released(explain in detail as well). There should be some issue bringing nations together e.g an engineering project that will change life on earth and global economy requiring the help of mutants and humans.(explain in detail later)
I think if there were decent directors and if hollywood was not always about money and effects x-men would have even being better than Star wars.The story is powerful and relates to issues the world considering war, discrimination, thirst for power and fight for peace and freedom
There should be an x-men 4 and hollywood should sort of fix it up. We have had enough wonders of special effects, produce a stronger plot. If one thing i am happy with x-men 3 is that they did not conclude it totally(if you watch the end after the credits). I think it would be pointless bringing characters like cyclops back- they already brought Jean back. My problem with the movie is the cast. Why do you have halle berry as storm? The woman looks ridiculous with platinum blond hair. A darker tone woman like Iman would best fit the hair color and character. Plus, there are bonuses to giving Iman the reigns to play storm. # 1. Storm is from africa, and Iman is as well. This should definitely fit right into storm’s african accent. bonus # 2. Storm’s listed height in marvel universe is at 5’11, while Iman stands at 6’0. Bonus # 3. (but you have to be blind to not know it) Iman looks like the character.
Hugh Jackman is a terrible wolverine. I have always said that chris benoit, from the wwe would have been best to play him (obviously before he killed himself). Benoit’s personal bio is the same a wolvie’s in that both hail from canada, both are short and muscular, and benoit’s nickname was the “rabid wolverine” and the “canadian crippler.” Plus, the looked like wolvie to a tee.
what they should do with x4 is advance it by about 8 to 10 years. they have rogue playing a teenager. if they ever make the characters a little older they should make the movie a little more serious. I really hate it when they water down the movie and the characters just to appeal to ten year olds. hollywood obviously does this because they think they will make more money, but that is far from the truth. What makes these comic book movies so hot at the box office is their first time appeal. example: the first 2 batman movies were hot and did well. The first because of its first time appeal (for the first time a movie is going to be made out of batman and put on the big screen, so we all went to see it). The second did well because of the appeal of the first. But when the third installment came in, it flunked. why? because a few people, like myself saw it, realized that the plot was horrible, and told all of our friends and enemies how bad it was and that it wasn’t worth the money to see it. when number 4 rolled in, an even fewer number of folks went to see it because some of the folks who went to see the 3rd one said “you tell us how it goes because we are still sick from number 3.” so when they got our report on batman 4, they and almost everyone in america stayed away.
what’s my point? the more you water down a comic book character(s) for the children, it will stink like a wet dog on a hot summer day. so many people are saying that they didn’t like x3, now they, and the people who didn’t even see the movie, but were told of its smelliness, are weary of x4. already on this board i have read strong criticisms of the up and coming x4. That, combined with movie theaters charging 10-12 bucks a pop, it’s probably smart to wait and see what the informers say about it when they go and see it on opening night.
I agree, Iman would have been a better character to play Storm- He height, accent and the sub-saharan origin would fit perfectly with Ororo Monroe character. Do you remeber her in the Michael Jackson video- ‘DO YOU REMEBER THE TIME’ when she was queen to Eddy Murphy. Reminds me of an episode in 90′s animated series where storm became queen to some guy in another planet.She is also a good actress.Hally Berry is alright but her performance could be better
yeah i definitely remember that video. before the first x-men came out, i sent marvel and and the production company that was making the movie, pics and info on the people i thought should play the characters. the only one i think the studios got right was patrick stewart as prof. x, and kelsey grammar as the beast. other than that everybody needs to go. i read someone’s blog the other day where they were saying that the problem is that the suits at this film studios don’t read blogs. oh well. I thought angie everhart would have made an excellent jean grey. she’s a natural redhead, and just has the face for the character. famke jansen looks ridiculous in that red hair. her skin tone is olive. it’s way off base.

they started saying juggy was a mutant when the x-men revolution cartoon was showing up saturday mornings. in the cartoon they were saying that he was a mutant who’s mutant powers were dormant for years, but somehow awakened. i thought it was ridiculous, too. i mean by them saying that they scrapped juddy’s entire bio from when he found the crystal cytorak, which “TRANSFORMED ME INTO THE HUMAN JUGGERNAUT; THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN STOP THE X-MEN, AND NOTHING WILL STAND IN MY WAY!” i’m sorry…i was just taking a quote from juggy from one of the 1983 cartoon episodes i’ve collected. couldn’t help myself.
My Plot for X-men 4 (DAYS OF THE FUTURE PAST)

The mansion is still up and running with Logan, storm,beast and the others looking after things. Beast becomes the new teacher to the students teaching them about Charles Darwins law(natural selection and survival of the fittest). After the Alcatraz victory over Magneto’s failed brotherhood. The x-men gain some positive popularity worldwide encouraging trusts for mutants who are willing to coexists in harmony with normal homosapiens. For their brave efforts companies around the globe appoint the x-men to take part in some humanitarian work and other sorts-thereby making some money as well. Iceman takes part in creating Ice hotels and castles for special events, freezing waterways for workers to build dams and creating more ice for the survival of polar bears. Colossus helps around in certain mine fields and construction work considering his extreme superhuman strength. Shadowcat helps archeologists find dinosaurs fossils and artifacts buried in the ground with her phasing abilities. Storm uses her powers in poor starving nations to provide irrigation and culitvation. Beast and Wolverine are really the two who stay in the mansion and keep in check of things especially with president and other important issues. Jamie Madrox accepts the presidents offer to stay with the x-men to keep him from trouble and besides henry McCoy might need his self duplicating abilities. Not just x-men are given the chance to do these things, their popularity also encourages some other mutants to follow in their footsteps.Certain mutants are employed for their skills in large science and engineering facilites called GENOSHA. Such facilities are slightly similar in other countries where mutant and humans take part in extreme level projects.Things improve and the whole aim is to end certain issues affecting the world such as climate change, poverty and awareness of natural disasters.
As things improves the world leaders finally announce it. The plan to build a ‘Transatlantic Tunnel’ already challenging Japans ongoing ‘SKYCITY’ project (see both on extreme engineering on youtube). This tunnel will link major continents together. The project is announced worldwide and so is the need for highly skilled scientists and engineers that will participate in its creation.

I think that there should be another x-men trillogy and it should fix the errors made to the charactors that the previous films made firstly Wolverine should not lead as much and should be made less in control of his animal side, Storm should be AFRICAN!!! for one Have BLUE EYES!!! for two and be the leader that she is portrade and not the wimpy “I love what you’ve done with your hair” woman as in X3 and Finally ROGUE OMG where’s the sexy extroverted and extreemly agressive nature, where’s the mental anguish that torments her mind when she absorbs I can get over the lack of powers and the change of history but she is a bad ass kick butt fighter like Wolverine that’s why she’s called Rogue because she was wild!!! After the Alcatraz incident a small group of the army went to the site to search for anyone alive left behind. A mutant was apprehended. The army picked him up while he was still weak.He looked like he had been beaten up pretty badly. His hands looked like they were slighlty frozen in ice like he had been fighting.

I guess that would explain he was fighting against that x-men member who manipulates ice. It makes sense fire versus water , two antagonists . does that mean we have the same guy who set guard on fire. Are we saying that we have ourselves one of Magnetos top buddies now. Funny enough he only looks in his early 20s about the same age as that x-men guy.
