Fantastic news and a common sense move for the wiser studios that have come to terms. Always thought Marvel was a maverick in the Hollywood world, and that’s what going to put them at the top. Get Thor’s epic film in production for a kick-butt deliver next year!

It’s funny… at least as far as TV goes, I haven’t really noticed a big impact to my life. Quite the opposite in fact: Not having new programs to watch has allowed us to turn of the damned television and spend more time actually interacting as a family. :-)

I cancelled DirecTV (for now) and am watching more movies, reading more, etc. But I never watched much TV, mostly Fox on Sunday nights.

On our radio show MOVIE MOAN, I predicted to Phil Gee that we’d see an end to the WGA Strike in 3 weeks (on the heels of the DGA deal!)

That was last week…which now gives me 2 full weeks for this to happen, and all this news IS encouraging…

Yes!! Great news for Marvel!! I hope DC follows suit VERY soon.

I can’t wait for the strike to end.

Hopefully both parties will be satisfied soon.

Guys,I don’t really watch any particular TV shows either, other animated comix shows occasionally. LOL!

This is GREAT News.
Thanks for this update Heath, Vic…

Drudge hasn’t even got this story up yet!

Let’s hope it ends soon. Looks like it will and right before Pilot season starts up. :) ^
I can’t believe that shows like American Gladiators are catching on again.
Give me my 24!!!

Sorry if anyone likes AG, I don’t.

You almost took the words right out of my mouth, Steve. I am really missing “24″ and could care LESS about American Gladiators. I do, however, really miss “Chuck.” That was probably the best new show on TV this season. Other than that, I really haven’t missed the writers that much. I find myself watching alot of Discovery channel, History channel, TV Land and sports. Ahhh, sports….who needs writers when you have the Giants going to the Superbowl….

Chuck is great too. Didnt that show end on kind of a cliffhanger for our main character heath?

I didn’t watch Chuck–it was sort of similar to Reaper, in that a loser working for nothing with another dork(s) and a babe, getting in over his head with crazy adventures. Reaper was better, plus Tyler Labine’s character made me truly laugh hard.

Best things about Chuck , Baldwin, and the fact that they mock “Best Buy”.
