Yeah, I could probably stretch this stuff out into three different posts, forcing you good people to sift through a lot of my ramblings to see the pretty pictures and clips I have to offer – but we here at Screen Rant believe in a lifestyle of convenience.

To prove it, today we’ve pulled together promotional material from three of the biggest movies on the docket for Winter/Spring 2010 – The Wolfman, The Losers, and From Paris With Love – into one roundup of promotional material. As the title would suggest, we have a new pic of The Wolfman, a promo poster for The Losers, and a new set of clips from Paris.

First let’s get to The Wolfman: We have a new hi-res image from the movie courtesy of Bloody Disgusting and it is full-on Wolfman. The film stars Benicio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Hugo Weaving and Emily Blunt in a new vision of the classic tale, which was directed by Joe Johnston, the guy who’s helming Marvel’s Captain America. There were problems galore with this movie during production, and a lot of people are keeping their fingers crossed that the final product turned out right.

SPOILER ALERT!!! This new Wolfman pic does show the hairy guy in full-form, so if you’ve been avoiding that particular visual you may want to turn away:

The Losers boasts a pretty good cast which includes Zoe Saldana (Avatar), Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Watchmen), Idris Elba (The Wire), Chris Evans (Fantastic Four) and Jason Patric. It’s the live-action version of a DC Vertigo comic about a squad of special forces operatives who go to war with the C.I.A. to clear their names off a death list. Stomp The Yard director Sylvain White is directing.

When The Losers movie was first announced, the only image you could really dig up was a popular cover to the comic book, which was written by Andy Diggle and drawn by Jock (that’s his name). Now, that comic book cover has been brought to life in this new Losers promo image. The side-by-side comparison comes to us courtesy of Slash Film:

Finally we have a set of new clips of From Paris With Love, the new film by Pierre Morel, the guy who directed Taken. Paris stars John Travolta and Jonathan Rhys Meyers (The Tudors) as a gritty spy and US Ambassador respectively, who form an uneasy alliance to stop a terrorist from blowing up Paris. Luc Besson came up with the story.

Check out the clips below, courtesy of Cinema Blend:

Yeah, I liked Taken and all, but I’m still on the fence about this flick. Could be great fun – OR NOT. Can’t say for sure yet. I can say that John Travolta looks like he’s having fun, and, without getting too heavy about his personal life, I want to see John having fun right about now. And he does make for a great bad guy…

In order of release, you can catch:

From Paris With Love on February 5, 2010

The Wolfman on February 12, 2010

The Losers on April 9, 2010

  1. Travolta looks on top mentalist fere, which is always good fun, and I'm curious to see what Piere Morel does next as I loved Taken. I'd love to see Travolta reteam with Tarantino at some point, most of his actors come back for another go.
