I’m not a fan of Wrestling but I have found my self changing channels and ending up on a WWF event.

As a matter of fact the last time this happened it was right in the middle of a shout down between Cena and some surfer looking dude (forgot his name). I found myself hypnotized by this exchange as the blond surfer guy accused Cena of ruining his career. Cena ended up just verbally tearing him a new one. I was pretty impressed by Cena’s acting as he went from nice guy to absolute intensity in a matter of minutes.

Cena just needs that breakout script like the one Arnold got.

Kitty says:

Boy that was a hard question. John Cena and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson are excellent athletes and actors. I love them both.

I don’t always watch wrestling but I do enjoy the movies that these men make. I love hard core action. I am a big fan of John Cena not just because of his wrestling career but also I respect him because of his Military career. I would love to add John Cena’s new move to my collection. Plus I really liked him in the Marine because he brought romance into a hard core action film and it was sexy not dirty.

Rebecca Kadrmas says:

I am not a wrestling fan at all but when John Cena comes on nothing can keep me away. My husband even calls John Cena my boyfriend. He’ll say your boyfriend is on and I come running! I have his movie the Marine and I watch it all the time. I can’t get enough of him! He is so HOT! I would love to win his new movie 12 Rounds because then I could watch him everyday. It is one of my guilt free pleasures in this world. I just love him! Please, Please pick me to win.

Diane Buls says:

Cassandra Berholtz says:

I loved John in The Marine and in 12 Rounds. I can’t wait to see him live at Raw in August. I think he is really a fan favorite for all the charity type work he does. He is entertaining to watch on screen and in wrestling. Not a big fan of his rap music, but I watch every Monday night Raw just to see him. Off to watch The Bash tonight on PPV and see if he wins against The Miz.

Diane Buls says:

hiIam doing this for my 19yr oldson who is a special need person but that doesnt stop him from watching John Cena on wrestling plus he likes watching him in movie I hope he wins it cause that would make his day.

B says:

Honestly, I haven’t been a wrestling fan since I was a kid (when WWE was still the WWF). But I love the Die Hard movies and know that 12 rounds was directed by Renny Harlin. So, I’m sure the action around the classic theme of everyday guy turned supercop will be good.

Phyllis Brown says:

I am entering this contest for my son-in-law Lance. He’s more than “just” a wrestling fan. He pacticly lives and breathes wrestling. My daughter is just as crazy about it as he is. He knows more facts and stats about the superstars, past and present, than Vince MacMann himself. Lol. When he has to work Mondays and Fridays, my daughter DVRs Raw and Smackdown so he can watch them when he gets home at 11:30 at night. He sits and plays Smackdown vs Raw on their XBox for hours on his days off. He dreams of becoming a superstar himself one day. Anyway, you get the point. I know he (they) would love dearly love a copy of 12 Rounds. They have yet to see it.And they’s love me even more for entering this contest if I win.

Wesley says:

My son is a huge John Cena fan, we just watched RAW with “New” owner Donald Trump- hilarious! We have The Marine and enjoyed watching it together. This one is on our list since we blinked and missed it at the theater! Thanks for the contest!

David says:

I’m not a big fan of wrestling so I don’t know much about John, but I always enjoy a fun action movie. Right now I can hardly afford anything so it would be a great to get a free movie for a couple nights of entertainment, (and keep my spirits up in the endless search for a job).

CraigTh says:

Cena won’t be like the Rock, but he’ll do okay for himself in movies.

Justin Norris says:

Because John Cena rocks! And this would be an awesome to add to my DVD collection! WHOO!!!!!

Daniel says:

Watch John Cena movies, in between the explosions, the acting is surprisingly good. This isn’t an 80’s action star, this guy is for real

WildGues says:

I personally think that John Cena is the worst thing that has happened to the WWE in the last 10 years. He’s also the worst thing that has happened to acting in a very long time. In spite of all of this, My fiance’s son is enamored by Cena and would very much love to have this movie for his birthday next month. Regardless of whether I win one of the four copies here, he’s probably going to get the movie. I think the truely sad thing is that Cena could have been a very good wrestler and over with the long time fans if the WWE creative staff had just let him do what he was doing and not nutered him for the new “family friendly” WWE.

mark lugg says:

i would like to win because i have been watchin john cena since he started and followed him right through his careear he has to be one of the best wrestlers on wwe to day

Lindsay says:

Enter me!

Matt Keith says:

Congrats to the winners.

You do realize that if people can’t put proper punctuation and spelling into their post, they’re probably lying about their sob story, right? Case in point, the little girl whose mother wrote an untrue sob story from the girl’s perspective about her father getting killed in Iraq to win Hannah Montana tickets.

@Wildguess

That’s why I usually do random selection. But really, how does punctuation and grammar relate to someone’s personal trials?

And after all, we’re only talking about a $20 DVD here, not anything significant – although I do appreciate your feedback since I wouldn’t rule that out.

Vic

WildGues says:

I’m more of the opinion that punctuation and grammar indicate age and maturity level. Usually those who use neither are those who are constantly on the computer or texting device. I’ve worked in hospice and my fiance works with developmentally challenged children and adults. In both cases, primary care givers are very detail oriented and mature. Also, those who have a developmentally disabled child almost never use a broad term. They, in almost all cases, use the specific ailment when talking about their child. Many of the sob story posts don’t read like something a primary care giver would write. On the flip side, my fiance and I have been following wrestling for most of our lives and one thing we’ve learned about Cena is that his fans are largely boys under 14 and girls under 22. Most of the people in this age group have a very distinct writing style. Another piece of deductive reasoning is from the poll results. Anyone who isn’t already enamored with John Cena can see that he has less acting talent then Maria Carey in Glitter, yet he gets second place in the poll. My final piece of deductive reasoning was that certain posters couldn’t make their story fit with Cena’s career timeline. Cena started on SmackDown in 2002 as a heal, didn’t gain much popularity until 2004, and wasn’t on Raw until 2005. And yes, I know everything I’ve said in circumstantial. Mind you, I don’t really care about winning, I just wish people in this world were a little more honest. Just goes along with my personal motto “Hope for Kant, expect Hobbes.” For those who don’t understand that, do a little philosophy research and you’ll get it.
