Great article! I got into filmmaking because of An American Werewolf in London and John Carpenter’s The Thing, among a select few other films.

Brett Ratner is pretty hit or miss. We could get Red Dragon, or we could get Rush Hour 3. I’ll be surprised if Landis gets it, but ultimately no more surprised than I was when Paul Bettany got cast as the albino in The Da Vinci Code. I PREDICTED THAT.

Although I’m a big fan of Landis, I don’t think he’s the right guy for this job - unless it’s going to be a comedy and I don’t think that’s the intent.
