Bachelor in Paradise is typically known for its humor and hijinks, but fans think the production staff may have set up one of the show’s most intriguing moments from last night’s episode involving Salley Caron and a vibrator. With BIP season 8 currently airing, fans have been enamored by the show since 2014. As The Bachelor spin-off that is most beloved by fans, BIP is much lighter than its predecessor, showcasing singles on the beach at a Mexican resort, supplied with drinks and fantasy dates as they search for love. The show regularly produces couples who last, like Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert, and casts prior stars, like Wells Adams, who's the heart of BIP, to provide color commentary and advice for the singles.

Bachelor in Paradise fans are analyzing last night’s episode and feel that producers planted Salley's vibrator for the other women to find and discuss. During the episode, Lace Morris found a suitcase in the women’s living with the label “Salley.” This was suspicious already as Salley, who appeared on Clayton Echard’s season of The Bachelor, has been rumored to be on BIP this season but has yet to appear. Lace called some other women into the living area to investigate further and wound up opening the suitcase to find several mundane items, as well as a bright green vibrator. The women passed around the vibrator and made jokes about it, then headed to the bar to get the full story about Salley’s suitcase from bartender Wells. BIP fans, who are seeing their fave couples form, believe the suitcase and its contents, including Salley’s vibrator, were planted by production because they were all placed too conveniently for the women to find.

Bachelor Nation Calls Out Production For Planting Salley’s Suitcase

As Lace, Jill Chin, and Genevieve Parisi went through the suitcase and complained about Salley’s potential arrival, fans took to Twitter and Instagram to react. While some viewers found it hilarious, others were appalled at the women's behavior. Bachelorrabbithole from Instagram shared a carousel of former Bachelor franchise contestants' reactions, with many of them certain this wasn't Salley's suitcase. While Erin Dobbs from Twitter shared an image of three guys laughing, claiming this is the producers, "watching these girls go through that suitcase they planted."

However, Bachelor Bob and Laige Pindsey from Twitter were shocked the women opened the suitcase without consideration of Salley, who was engaged on The Bachelor, and her alleged property. As for Game of Roses from Twitter, they made a joke about the producers possibly telling the BIP ladies to go through Salley's suitcase. Nonetheless, Bachelor fan Kathleen from Twitter joked about Wells re-telling this ridiculous story to the BIP cast about the vibrator in Salley's luggage. Overall, fans believe the whole vibrator was a plant by the producers to make Salley look bad and to create some drama for BIP season 8.

Though fans are still unclear on whether Salley will be joining the cast, there is still plenty of drama to see as BIP season 8 unfolds. Maybe if Salley joins the cast soon, viewers will finally know the mystery behind the suitcase. Nonetheless, BIP fans, who are seeing their favorite cast members, did agree on one thing aside from all the drama: Wells’ re-enactment of Salley’s journey to join the other singles on the beach was incredible.

Bachelor in Paradise airs on ABC Monday and Tuesday at 8 p.m EST on ABC.
