FILING THE LAWSUIT AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT

Every since the time that an anormaly occurs or happens, it is the Medical responsibility for any patient to be notified of any anormaly or desease, or illness the patient is going through to protect that person from harm or any other from harm as well. A doctor not responsible to the hypocractic act is guilty that proper medical attention were not exercised and the client will be unprotected. Doing any kind of Personal Injury Claim a claimant can file against a corporation for non-exposure to medical anormaly for a definite period of time after the injury occur. This period, also known as the statute of limitations, must be respected. Claims such as this can last for several months and can even extend for several years, usually somewhere around two years, depending on the complexity of the case, the state of the plaintiff and many more. If the claim is not filed during the statute of limitations, the plaintiff is no longer eligible to file a personal injury claim.

Don’t get me wrong gang. I love their work. (Meloni and Hargity) I just think that after they made their offers, and then NBC said we’re renewing the show, with or without you, that they really need to tread carefully.

I’d hate to see L&O:SVU without them, but I thought that about Law & Order and several other actors and have come away not un-happy.

I especially enjoy the combination of Sisto and Anderson in this latest rendition.

I am compelled to add that I do enjoy watching Alana De La Garza as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa.

Actually Meloni & Hargitay aren’t asking for something others haven’t already received in the L&O franchise. From what I have read they are asking for the same deal that Chris Noth and Vincent D’Onofrio from L&O CSI both got years ago.

I stopped watching tv last friday. Screw the digital conversion and cable. I watch tv shows & movies on dvd exclusivly now.

I don’t miss shows like “So you think you can dance” and “Celebrity Rehab” and all those sickning drug commercials…

Now if they can just turn out the tv shows faster on dvd that would be cool.

“Dexter season 3″ ??!!

Meloni and Hargity ARE SVU. Without them, the show will tank in a hurry. Give ‘em what they want. I will NOT watch SVU without them.

I agree Gary. They initially were asking for some package that’s never been asked for by actors. Sure, they’re on that networks top rated show, but do take note just where in the ratings overall they stand.

Not to mention how other LAW AND ORDER shows have done VERY WELL swapping out actors and the tale keeps on spinning.

It’s a shame when folks get greedy.

I’ve sworn off of anything the cast from the old show FRIENDS does just because of what they did 3 times during their run, and that was to go on strike against their contracts. I despise greed. It makes people act funny.

I think Hargitay and Meloni are being idiotic.
and thats the kind way of putting it .
If they dont back down, send a message.
Fire them both.
Shows shouldnt let ANY actors put a gun to their head.
