I think it'd be better if they just made a film of Anne Rice's Lestat and make a remake of The Queen of the damned. Guess, with today's technology, they can make a decent movie of the book; especially the Queen of the Damned. It has an amazing story line traversing to and from all parts of the world.

That’s the point, this movie didn’t do well because it’s NOT a Pixar film.

$12.5MM for a CGI family film is not a good opening weekend.

Only problem: According to http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0762125/companycredits , the production companies involved were Ilion Animation, HandMade Films, and Antena 3 Films (financial support)…no PIXAR involvement at all.

Part of me would love to see the outrage from the TDK nerds should New Moon do bonkers business.

The other part of me wants to beat every teenage girl over the head with Francis Ford Coppola’s Dracula.

A Couple of Dicks looks to be my most anticipated flick for 2010 (Or at least tied with Burce’s other action flick Red), I was watching Midnight Run last night and I can’t believe how much I miss 80’s buddy cop comedies.

New Moon breaking the record is an absolute disgrace to cinema and anyone who contributed to it should be ashamed. I won’t subscribe to these comments because I don’t want to hear another word about this horrible franchise.
