Those are some awesome posters

Soooo Vic,

Gonna spoil that trailer for us???

Mark says:

Anyone who has read the graphic novel: Doesn’t one of those posters sort of give away a major spoiler just by the wording? Just a thought.

Josh says:

@Mark

I haven’t read the graphic novel, and I can’t piece together anything from those taglines, so you probably just think its a spoiler since you already know the story.

S.Matt says:

Mark,
I thought the exact same thing.

I really hope that that poster and the trailer don’t add up to one serious spoiler.

I believe your right about the whole spoiler thing and it’s a major bummer because I haven’t read the G.N. Like having the most perfect paint job lift on you. ({:(

Evie says:

Hrm. I have read the GN. The tagline refers to something that happens at the END of the movie (something that ISN’T in the GN btw). This is coming from stuff I read regarding the viewing last month.

No worries.

ya the last pic with ozymandias spoils it, but only if u read the book, but if u did read the book it doesnt matter, cuz u knew it was comin anyway, and since watchmen is so complex, ppl who havent read it wont be able to put the peices together, but i read on an interview with kevin smith, that the ending is different, he saw it twice, and he said they change the ending but its still good

No matter how many posters of this movie I’ve seen, the ones that stand out always star Jeffrey Dean Morgan as The Comedian. He just looks so cool. And of course you can tell he’s a smart ass just by the poster. I think they did a great job on them. Kind of gives me a J. Jonah Jameson vibe too.
