Hi,

I watched it and thought it was pretty good. Very grim and nasty, and the end was fitting, if not a total surprise. But it had tension and a lot of gore and Vinnie was very good I thought. Basically it did what promised, short, sharp and nasty.

Personally I could see the Japanese influence from the director too, especially with the creepy feel and bizarre moments.
