Carol hasn't been seen much this year, but The Walking Dead isn't hiding the role her character plays in 'Bury Me Here.' Season 7 is gearing up for its fateful confrontation between Rick and ad Negan, which means, sooner or later, even those who have made a conscious effort to distance themselves from conflict will likely find themselves sucked back in, if for no other reason than they can't stand idly by and watch the people next to them be gunned down. Whether or not that is the case when and if Carol gets back into the game remains to be seen.

Where Carol goes, so too does The Kingdom, meaning 'Bury Me Here' stands to a chance to become the turning point for Ezekiel and his band of merry men, as they may finally be forced to choose between quietly serving the Saviors and doing what's necessary to ensure a better world for those who don't call themselves Negan. With any luck, that will be the case, as The Walking Dead has spent five weeks setting up a war that has yet to come.

If you would like to discuss all the happenings of 'Bury Me Here' without spoiling it for others, this is the place.
