aye I enjoyed riddick despite some flaws, i love the butcher bay xbox game. i thought the first pitch black was far superior to the 2nd (also bombing at the box office and with critics). i liked chronicles far more than terminator salvation (and wished the convict role would have gone to Vin).
Its a fresh approach and not many anti heroes who act heroic are out thier as most of that genre stopped after clint eastwood sphegetti westerns.
I hope they take a note how popular butcher bay is and make some stint of that, or make a prequel movie after the third (love to see an escape from butcher bay movie).

The chronicles of riddick is my second favorite movie behind only Die Hard. Also i dont see plot hole very well and i dont care about them much either.

Ever since I’ve seen the director’s cut of all three Riddick films, I’ve been a fan of the character and I’m glad that Diesel is talking about the third installment and hopefully it’ll be MILES AHEAD of that piece of garbage that was Babylon A.D.

I seem to remember reading an article just after Chronicles of Riddick was released that Twohy had envisioned a trilogy for Riddick’s character that started with COR with two more sequels to follow…I mention this because in the interview Twohy stated he doubted another movie would be made let alone two more because of the failure of COR at the box office.( COR made 58 million domestic and another 58 million internationally but cost 105 million to produce not including P+A budget as well)..This is great news as Pitch Black is one of my all-time favorite Sci-Fi films and I enjoyed COR as well..no the story and quality in terms of script were not comparable to PB but I still had(and have) a good time when I watch Diesel as the Riddick character..
