Jasmine Guy (A Different World) has been cast in The Vampire Diaries as the grandmother of Bonnie (Katerina Graham).
It turns out that Bonnie comes from a long family line of witches.
Having never heard of The Vampire Diaries, believe it or not, did we see witches coming down the story pipeline? Why I didn’t, I don’t know. Why not!?

I watched the premier of this show last week with my wife. Wasn’t really holding out too much hope for the show compared to True Blood. But I was pleasantly surprised. It could be interesting, at least for a few episodes. I’m curious to see if it’ll keep my attention for longer than 3 episodes. I’m not familiar with the books myself, so I really don’t have any expectations for the show.
Um, Ug. Watched 45 minutes of the premier. Too much angst and teen drama. No thanks.
Watched the premiere…like a cross between One Tree Hill and Buffy the Vampire Slayer and ( i know these books came out before) a complete rip of twilight; which I also thought sucked….will NOT be watching

Agree with bringing Smallville back to it’s regular time!! Smallville and Supernatural were the only two reasons I watched TV on Thursday nights. (And by watch, I mean set my DVR and watch later. I don’t think I actually watch anything when it is actually on anymore)
