@Tim “Cloverfield” if your a serious fan of Christmas Carol, check out tele-film “Saved by the Light” Starring Eric Roberts.
Its availible online I highy recomend it!!!

The only addiction I have is to “A Christmas Carol” 790 my friend….but I will say, not a JC fan but I will see it and purchase the DVD. ( call me crazy , but I have every version of CHristmas Carol i can find….alas Mr. Magoo is still on VHS) Now….if Rogen, Stiller or the inept Cage were in this, I would PASS! I am not a re-make fan at all either….I want to be the solution, not the problem. Happy Christmas!

In the first poster how does the left hand cast a shadow on the wall when the candle is in the right hand?

Really want to see this because of Zemekis’ track record..I like Jim Carrey too so it’s a must see for me..besides I have at least 8 other versions of this film on DVD..

Since the “Muppets” set the bar and Albert Finney and Mr. Caine have been the best Scrooge ever…..I HAVE to see this, even though JC is not my fave rave. I think the 2nd poster is good, but I cannot help but think Snicket. Please do not let this suck! Please stay with the source material and do not let JC improv his lines.

I was thinking this would be meh from the beginning, but now that I know Gary Oldman’s in it…I might just give this movie a watch.
