Ken J says:

Could they at least tell us where Sarah Connor Chronicles was going just to satisfy my curiosity? lol I don’t even need to watch it, just knowing will be fine. :-P

Joshi says:

Didn’t the scrubs creators say they wanted to end it all back in season 7? I know the writers strike messed that up a little, but still, a 9th season?

hud says:

the people that play JD and Carla from scrubs said they wouldn’t be back for a 9th season, so how would a show(thats already on the decline) be succesful without zack braff its main character.

Gary says:

Nikki finke now says the renewal of Cold Case is “Likely”
but not yet official.

Daniel F says:

Yea scrubs is gonna suck hard. It’s been one of my fave shows for a long time, but the last two seasons really were not very good and now with JD and Carla leaving it’s gonna be horrid. They are gonna switch the focus to be more about the new interns you know the characters you don’t give a damn about and have had like very little time to develop or develop any interest.

Ash Ali says:

So you bring back the mediocre Dollhouse instead of the spectacular T:TSCC? That’s it, I’m tuning out. Bye Fox.

Daniel F says:

I would tune out fox but they still have House and Bones and I love both.

Ken J says:

Hell yah, House and Bones!

EnglishGavz says:

Yay! Bones! My Thursday nights are safe. Than again I imagine that means more seasons of annoying sexual tension and “will they wont they” scenario’s but whatever.

Daniel F says:

Yea both House and Bones are dragging love stories out way to long. I say just finally put House with Cuddy for real and Let Both and Brenan finally hook up. I mean seriously they are dragging those stories out so long I’m getting to the point to where if it finally happens i’m just gonna be like who cares.

T says:

Um, why did Scrubs have a Series Finale? JD Left Sacred Heart. The Show was(more or less)based on JD and the wacky cast of supporting characters around him. Otherwise we are talking Laverne and Shirley after Shirley left.

Ken J says:

House isn’t too bad with the love thing, since at first it was more of a Cameron and him thing, then it moved to Cuddy, but that was only once in a while, but Bones, they hint at it too much in every episode, and they’ve been doing it since the beginning… So I can see how that’s getting annoying…

OldDarth says:

Woot!

Chuck Me!

Great news on the Chuck renewal!

Give this show a chance folks. Check out the first two seasons.

Daniel F says:

Well if you pay close attention to the first season they hint at House and Cuddy even then. Fairly early it’s hinted that they had a sexual history and Cuddy likes him. So I’ve been cheering them on for 5 years now and almost thought it finally happened in the second to last episode. I thought the finale was a bit of a cop-out (don’t actually know how to spell that phrase.

Ken J says:

I know they hint at it, but they didn’t really “tease” you about it like Bones does. Come on, even if they didn’t “hint it” you would still think there must be something there, lol.

I thought HOUSE came at us with a unique take on a finale the blew me out of the water from many angles…

Gary: Until the studios actually make their announcements, this is all going on behind the scenes cues from studios to some reporters that are more in-the-know than me!

I’m going to try and find out what the plan was for TSCC’s for everyone. (I may have an inside line on that.)

Daniel F says:

I loved the last minute with them cutting between House going to the Psych word and the wedding I thought that was brilliant, but the rest of it bothered me. It seemed a little cheap and it’s not exactly that original for this show they do things like that fairly often. It was all a dream or house being trapped in his head. I just thought for a finale 59 mins of it was lack luster.

steven the git says:

Yeah, I really want to see more of TSCC. I had a lot of doubts about the show when I first heard about it and watched it, but it turned out to be a lot smarter than I thought.

Daniel F says:

To be honest I had a love hate relationship with TSCC sometimes it was great and sometimes it sucked, but the end of season 2 ruined the show to me and I gotta say not to sad it was cancelled. The last 3 episodes were just bad.

JessSayin says:

Gonna miss Summer Glau and Shirley Manson for sure,
but the metro sexual girlie boy that played John Connor (makeup!) and Lena Head-bob, NO WAY!

I’m with Ken J. though. Would be nice to know where they were going with that crazy, last ditch, “lets screw with everybody’s minds!” finale.

There’s always the bitchin’ episode: ‘Self Made Man’ to watch over and over.

Hopefully this will be a spring board for Summer getting better rolls on better shows or movies. She deserves better than just my wallpaper. :O)

JessSayin says:

On finding out about TSCC, You go, Bruce!!

Sock Monkey says:

I’d have to disagree with you on the Unusuals, Bruce, the acting wasn’t spectacular, but it rivaled just about anything else out there. The Unusuals gave more comedy than it did drama, which made it very entertaining. Another plus for it, was that the drama they did have was introduced and eliminated within two or five episodes. In my opinion it was one of the few better shows left on television, including Lost, Better off ted, and Castle. I’m not gonna have much left to watch soon, :(

I get where you’re coming from SOCK MONKEY.

When I watched the first epi, I turned it off 1/2 way through. Someone, here I think, asked me to give it another go at it, so I diligently did, sitting through the 2nd episode.

Still no spark. DOA for me. Some shows gel, and some shows don’t for me.

Sean says:

The only way Chuck is going to survive is if they move the time it shows. There is no way Chuck is going to compete with House.

Sean says:

Sorry for the double post, but something just occurred to me.

Anyone notice that the shows with former Firefly cast members are struggling or canceled: Dollhouse, Terminator, and Chuck?

Joshi says:

The Curse of the Firefly crew.

Cat says:

No more chronicles makes me sad.

Andy S says:

That is GREAT news about Chuck, although I am wondering why only 13 episodes. Probably to finish out the series. I have a feeling that Chuck’s sister and Awesome are going to be gone…on their honeymoon or something. Pretty much the entire crew at the Buy More will be gone. I love this show, but I think that NBC is going to make it suck on purpose so they can cancel it.

Also, disappointed that T:TSCC has been cancelled. I was really starting to like that show. It NEEDS to be picked up by SyFy (or maybe even SPIKE?). It won’t be though. ***sigh***

I tried watching 2 episodes of The Unusuals. I just could not get into the show.

I have a feeling we are going to be inundated with a ton of so-called “reality” shows. Blech.

SIN187UM says:

What’s Fox?

Darren seeley says:

@Sean:

But…Castle is expected back…if that happens, everyone should applaud for Nathan Fillion has beat the jinx!

—-

As for Terminator, I liked some eps, didn’t care for others. I eventually decided to DVR most eps, because of the oddball act breaks. And the three minute recaps.

Oddly, if FOX does bring Dollhouse back, in my view, they should also do the same for Terminator, with the same proposal. Better yet, Scy Fy should step on up and inquire.
