After CBS and CW pulled their programming in wake of Hurricane Sandy (thoughts go out to our East Coast friends!), television is returning in full-force for Tuesday night viewing. If you’re looking for something to get you in the Halloween mood, you’re in luck, as all of Fox’s comedies tonight are Halloween-themed. But don’t worry if you’re not in the holiday mood, because there are more than enough dramas to keep you in suspense.
