After a week off to celebrate Thanksgiving, your favorite Thursday night shows are making their triumphant return. While it’s true that Last Resort has already been canceled – not to mention Two and a Half Men dealing with its own “issues” this week – NBC still wants you to remember that tonight is the night for comedy.

30 Rock has Liz getting married; Last Resort celebrates a new Thanksgiving; The Office pits Angela against Oscar; Elementary finds Sherlock picking a sponsor; It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia gets Frank to go back to work – and much more.

Marcus brings the members of the Colorado and the islanders all together to celebrate their two cultures — a feast in the spirit of Thanksgiving. But the good times turn bad the next morning when an essential crew member is accused of a serious crime. Grace handles the man’s defense and is tasked with finding out the truth.

Angela (Angela Kinsey) discovers her husband’s affair with Oscar (Oscar Nunez) and goes to Dwight (Rainn Wilson) for help. Jim (John Krasinski) needs a favor from Stanley (Leslie David Baker) and Phyllis (Phyllis Smith) who milk it for all it’s worth. Pam (Jenna Fischer) begins painting her mural in the warehouse but gets distracted by Pete (Jake Lacy) who is building a tower of complaint cards.

While investigating an explosion that kills two people, Sherlock discovers a crime that’s been lying dormant for years. Meanwhile, Watson encourages Sherlock to finally pick a sponsor.

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia – “Frank’s Back in Business” Preview

With Charlie under his wing, Frank cleans up so he can get his hands dirty and help out his old company with one last big merger. While an unwritten rule of the bar gets the rest of the gang caught up in a case of mistaken identity.

  1. Elementary. Hopefully they start seeding more hints of where this season will end up by the finale. the Mystery of the Week is starting to get a little old. I want to see a more overarching plot.
