I didn't just grab this idea out of the air but unless what I remember from the trailer is incorrect, that transformer that just teleports to a random part of the sand in the middle of a circle of soldiers looks exactly like the picture of "The Fallen" in the picture here. So, I'm thinking that instead of transforming into a car or a jet or some other type of transportation vehicle he'll just teleport to where ever he wants to be since it looks like that's what he does in the trailer.
