Ravage joins the Decepticons in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

The Constructicons:

  • Scavenger: Red O&K/Terex RH400 Hydrolic Mining Excavator (torso)
  • Scrapper: Yellow Caterpillar D9L Bulldozer (left leg)
  • Hightower: yellow Kobelco CK2500 Truss Crane (left arm)
  • Longhaul: Green Caterpillar 773B Dump Truck (right leg)
  • Rampage: Yellow Caterpillar 992G Front Loader (right arm)
  • Overload: Komatsu HD465-7 Articulated Dump Truck (possible lower torso)
  • Mixmaster: Silver Mack Cement Mixer (head)

7 constructicons form together to make Devastator in Transformers 2

Check out pictures of the Constructicons to see the components that make up Devastator and click on the names of the transformers units that are linked to see articles focusing on them. You’ll notice that Scavenger and Demolishor are almost the same vehicles but only Scavenger plays a part in Devastator’s formation. My guess it that Demolishor won’t live through the entire movie so there won’t be any confusion between the two.

The Insecticons:

According to director Michael Bay:

“We have big guys, some little guys. We have a lot of littler ones, too. Little weirder ones,” Bay says. Like the Insecticons, which were giant bugs in the original series and Hasbro toy line, but are now tiny creepy-crawly infiltrators.

This helps explains the number 60 for the amount of Transformers characters in the sequel that was thrown out by the visual effects supervisors in our report discussing the insane special effects in Transformers 2.

    the sad thing about the third movie is that you with all the youtube would have covered it with that stuff and you would be able to seethe previews for it but nope not a single one just fake previews thats a bunch of junk mixed together and made into a "preview" thats just wrong thou how they do that.

    the one thing that surprised me is that in the cartoon transformers megatron was almost like a tank but in the movie he was a cybertronian jet i made that word up by myself but in the second movie he changed into practically into a jet/tank almost. also why does star screen always spit when he talks that weird?????

    very true on that yo but heck those guys where funny as hell no doubt about that....... and bumble bee was practically in there the whole movie well becuase he the main caracter and alll but iron hide you hardly ever saw him in the second movie but in the first you saw just about as much as you saw all of the rest of teh characters. Thats ironic dont you think

    he does reappear in the last fight scene where the unactivated optimus is at.

    Anybody else know that there will be transformers 3 coming out july 1st 2011 better be there by the way this one better be better than the last 2 cause the second one was ok but once the second movie came out it was the absolute BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!! Nobody can disagree with me can they i mean come on had alot more suspense thats what make viewers so interested in this movie suspense its all about the suspense. Cant wait until it comes out Im going to go see it thats for sure when it comes out in theaters that is lol.
    P.S. good luck Micheal Bay on making transformers 3.

    That was Sideswipe. And I agree he was hardly seen in the film, but then again so were most of the autobots. Hell, Skids and Mudflap got more dialogue than Optimus did.

    hey what about that guy that split that one decepticon in 2 with his swords for his weapons he was like damn im good what about him he was actually kewl but hardly ever showed up in the movie and by the way is that designation chass or is he dead im thinking thats him does any body know.

    transformers 2 wasn't that bad, but where was the dinobots in the movie, ultra magnus or galvatron come on. unicron would be awesome in the third movie?

    Maybe its just me getting older, but was the movie absurdly crude at points. For example
    Twins being characterized as loudmouth ghetto kids, even graphicly depicted with monkey like features

    Robot humping Fox's foot. (what the hell was that about, relevance??

    Devastator's Balls??? and no one raised a red flag?

    Im with kellz love knwing the names and what they are. Neone else see bone crusher in the back ground even tho prime sliced him up in the first one. Must of ran low of budget for a new truck

    When I watched the last part I thought that Sam
    Was dying after he got attacked by a robot but...
    He was alive~ It was a great 5 rating Transformer~
    I wish there was a number3 Transformer~ but...
    I wish there will be a robot fightging with
    Lifesaber~lol~ That will be fun~
  • When i watched the movie, it was so fast i could not see which one was which.anyway, jetfire was originally a decepticon but didnt like a life full of anger and hate so he joined the autobots. When the transformers where locked together in a fight, the look like they just joined together.

    the three motorcycle sisters are called Arcee, Chromia and Moonracer, none of them died but Arcee was badly injured when she went to get Sam out of the building, you do see her stuggling to get up shortly after, Moonracer only seems to have a small bit part in the movie and she is seen hiding behind a wall when her sisters took a blow.

    Jet fire is a old friend of Optimas in the movie its different so im no wrong im write Jet fire never was a desepicon the movie is a tad different from he regular tv show.
