I'm still wondering why Jack had to suffer? When did Torchwood go from sci fi to drama/tragedy? It seems like RTD wrote himself into a corner and couldn't come up with a better ending. He had a story to tell and decided to destroy the Torchwood team to tell it. What happened to the whole concept of the Rift in Cardiff? Guess that's not so important anymore. Why would Jack go confront the aliens without a back up plan and even worse, bring Ianto with him? He's been around enough to be prepared. www.saveiantojones.com

Well I thought the scene where the guy(forget his name) killed his family and himself was powerful and the end when Jack had to kill that kid in order to destroy the "456", but I was half awake at the time, so maybe I'll try and watch it again.
  • Wow - the last episode blew me away. But that's cool, as long as you liked it overall! Thanks for chiming in Matt.

I really liked the Children of Earth mini-series, but I thought the final episode wasn't all that great, it had its moments, but I thought previous episode was soo much better.
