the studios should go with an unknown actress,since they want an authentic,
deeper feel to the film,maybe a darker tone too! they should leave all those other fluffy actresses alone,unless it’s angelina jolie who is tomb raider to me.megan fox name came up only because of her “sex appeal” though lara croft is sexy,she’s not all about the “pam anderson,ass all out over the place appeal” angelina jolie is a beautiful woman.but she is more intriguing,and has some substance to her,than megan fox,who only seems to care about being the next “sex symbol” than brushing up on her acting skills.that’s why people plug her in as “tomb raider” because of her sex appeal,and if it’s all about that first oppose to a reboot that makes sense,and is more character oriented,than they might aswell give it to megan fox or any other “sex kitten” who only cares about rolling around in bed on screen,than exuding emotional acting skills on screen.jolie has some of the same qualities as lara croft,beyond her looks.her personality is what appealed to the studios,an of course,her uncanny resemblance to lara croft,that’s why she worked as tomb raider,where as megan fox,and that disney character girl(who is a joke,to even be mentioned as tomb raider,and that other chic,from max payne)wouldn’t even look or act convincing enough as lara croft if they showed up to work for a holloween contest for millions of dollars,in the best tomb raider costume,so i say give it to an unknown or up and coming actress who fits the role other than being some popular “it” girl,who can careless about being taken serious as an actress,jolie cares about the roles she takes.

We need someone new. There is no one who looks even remotely like Lara Croft other than Angelina Jolie. The ones who could vaguely puul it off -it’d be a stretch- can’t act on anywhere near the same level as her. Jolie was fantastic in the first movie; the second movie just sucked due to bad scripting.
Fox -HELL NO
Hudgens -HELL NO
Kunis -doesn’t look remotely like Lara- though she might’ve pulled it off if she did
Just bring in someone new.

Na Megan Fox and Vanessa Hudgens will kill Lara. The person perfect as a younger Lara is Mila Kunis. She did great as Mona Sax in Max Payne, I’m sure she’ll do great in Tomb Raider Origins.

NO WAY. I Wouldn’t like to see Vanessa Hudgens as Lara Croft. None of the romanians would like to see her as Lara. She can remain at her “teenage love stories” but not Tomb Raider. GOD!!! Erase that thought Nelson!
I’d love to see Megan Fox as Lara Croft. She seems to have a mature flair. And I love it. Boo Vanessa! Go Megan!

Anyone but Meghan Fox, she is the female counterpart to Keeanu, stiff with a good looking face and the acting chops of a lawn ornament. Breast size is irrelevant the people in the makeup department can bolt a set on any actress they bring in. Her complete lack of bottom should also pose no problem. As for Dan Lin I think he should be laying low after what he helped do to Terminator. How about they look across the pond for a brit. At least we wouldn’t have to hear anyone butcher the accent. How about they go for full hype like all the silly buzz around Sasha Grey I say the new Laura be Alicia Rhodes. LOL
