I love this idea. If any of you are wondering about Jamie Bell you should definitely watch him in Nicholas Nickleby, a film where he is surrounded by good actors. He shows that he has what it takes and more. I totally fell in love with him in that film. Please don’t watch Jumper and King Kong to get an idea of his acting abilities, he had bit parts in those less than stellar movies, but if you watch him in a decent film where he had a large part it is an entirely different story. I can’t wait for this movie, I think Jamie Bell will be amazing!

Tintin was just this young lad investigating things and ending up on adventures.
Think Raiders with less action.

I like the cast a lot. Some really good people in there, especially Craig, Pegg and Frost, Serkis.
Bell is a good actor. He was the star of Billy Elliott and liked him in other things. Heard him in an interview recently and he was very down to earth.

Not a big Speilberg fan anymore, but you know this will be a family thrill ride.
I’m not desperate to see it, but reckon I will enjoy it when I do.

Never liked the comics.
Never liked Jamie Bell.
Spielberg lost all his power over me years ago.

But damn, Jackson+Moffat+Pegg+Frost+Craig?

That’s why mice get killed by mousetraps.

I liked tintin as a kid but are they seriously using the subtitle, “secret of the unicorn” for the movie?

Considering the only film I’ve seen him in is Jumper, this does not bode well. I mean, even in that suckfest, he stood out as a bad actor. Of course, that’s what happens when Spielberg signs the dotted line.
