‘This Is The End’ International Trailer, Posters, Red-Band TV Spot & Clip

Published 2 years ago by

This Is The End is almost in theaters, bringing the next big hope in R-Rated summer comedy after The Hangover Part III kicked things off with a fizzle instead of a bang. This Is The End has a bigger ensemble cast – James Franco, Seth Rogen, Danny McBride, Jonah Hill, Craig Robinson and Jay Baruchel – which will put it higher on comedy fans’ list or lower, depending on how you feel about the respective cast members.

One thing is for sure: the marketing blitz for the film (including multiple trailers, clips and viral comedy bits) has certainly put it on the map of the general moviegoer – but just in case you’re new to this party, we have a new slew of media to share, including a new international trailer, a red-band TV spot and clip, as well as posters featuring each of the respective comedic stars.

In the film, Rogen, Baruchel, McBride, Hill and Robinson play versions of themselves attending a party at James Franco’s house. As the trailer above indicates, things go horrifically wrong when an apocalyptic event occurs, leaving the six central characters facing dystopian horrors like… a savage Emma Watson, seen in the red-band TV Spot below:

Rogen (who co-wrote and co-directed the film with his Superbad and Pineapple Express pal Evan Goldberg), has already promised that the yet unseen creatures present in the film are going to offer a crazy horror spin on the proceedings – but as seen in the next clip (featuring The Office star Craig Robinson reminiscing on better days), the first two acts – featuring the guys in survival mode around the house – should be entertainment enough ’til we get to the big action/horror segment:

Finally, we HAVE to end things with a collage of these pretty faces:

(NOTE: is there something suspicious about Jonah Hill and Danny McBride seemingly enjoying the apocalypse, as depicted in their posters?

This Is The End will be in theaters on June 12, 2013.

  2. I never really like Jonah Hill but the rest of them are awesome! Danny McBride looks like the devil himself on that poster!

    • Word!

    • +1 for Danny McBride

  3. i seriously cant wait for this movie. this group is my favorite group. they have not been in movies together fro a while so i cant wait for this.

seth rogan and franko are my favorites XD.

biggest mistake for them was releasing this with superman. i was disappointed when i heard that. i dint think this movie will do as good as it should but saying that superman returns didnt do good BO wise at all. we will see what happens.

    • I feel the same way, seems like an awesome movie but wish they’d release sometime after Man of Steel. The hype for that movie might be too big and overshadow This is the End for common moviegoers. Either way, it’s Franco, Rogen, Hill, Baruchel and a lot of others, how can this movie not do well in the end.

  4. I’m incredibly excited for this movie, will be there opening day.

  5. Love Seth, Danny, Franco..will watch the movie for them.
Jonah and Craig can make it or break it…but Jay Baruchel is just plain boring.
Michael Cera is trying to save his career by going the Neil Patrick Harris route.
    Hermione is Badass.

  6. Painful…..
