The Six Million Dollar Comedian

According to SciFi Wire, Jim Carrey will be writing a script with Todd Phillips for a “funny” Six Million Dollar Man movie.

In case you don’t know, Phillips just completed a comedic remake “Starsky and Hutch”, another 70′s classic.

Amazing.

Since their seems to be a demand (in Hollywood’s mind) for this stuff, here are a few more suggestions…

CHiPS – starring Mel Gibson and Danny Glover

Laverne and Shirley – Starring Sarah Michelle Gellar and Margaret Cho.

The Odd Couple – Starring Meryl Streep and Paris Hilton (oh wait, that was a movie then a TV show… does that disqualify it?).

M*A*S*H – Oh wait, another movie -> TV show. Eh, that won’t stop them.

Welcome Back Kotter (Vinnie) – With John Travolta returning… as the teacher.

    Hart to Hart – starring Freddie Prinze, Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar, with Dan Aykroyd as the butler

    WKRP in Cincinatti – starring Howard Stern, Alyssa Milano and Pam Anderson

    All in the Family – starring Eminem, Norah Jones (she’s gotta get into acting sometime) and Elton John
