This movie had a good concept, but I think that were it failed for me was the execution. I dont mind slow scenes but this movie was a whole bunch of big words that made my head hurt. i guess i expected a bit more action and an interesting climax that the movie just did not have. It wasnt horrible, it just REALLY didnt deliver tthe pizza for me lol

Yes, I couldn’t agree more. While I liked this film, I didn’t truly love it.

And it really had so much potential to be great.

Oh well, at least it is better then so many others that are out there.

Great review. I was hoping this movie would turn out to be “great” instead of just “good”, but I’ll likely go and see it anyways.

Yea I had a feeling this movie wasn’t going to be that great..At first I thought it was going to be like Zeitgiest + Action..but then i figured they would make it hollywood..blah..it might get a borrowed from a friend who rented it..

Well there were parts that were slower and while other reviewers are complaining about those I rather enjoyed them.

I’m an Owen fan myself so I’ll see this one. I’ll probably feel the same way you did when Naomi enters the movie. I’m not a big fan of hers. From what you said it sounds like a fun movie overall so it’s a must see for me.

It’s not how he holds the weapon, it’s also the eye blinking he does every time he shoots. *shoot* *blink* *shoot* *blink* Almost reminded me of Austin Powers.

But I’m also afraid only Sam Peckinpah got this right in his movies.

I dig Owen, but your review actually surprised me. All my impressions of this movie were no good, looked bland.

Well, I probably would’ve skipped it before, but maybe it deserves a rental.

You would think that being an Interpol agent he would at least know how to properly hold a weapon… Oh geez, here I go again on the guns, I have a disease…

I might go see this if any of my friends are interested. I know they like Clive Owen, I’m not really a big Owen fan, have nothing against him, but don’t have any particularly positive opinion on him. Basically I’m neutral.
