and it only prepares you for the movie which is EVEN SCAREIR!

that’s no fun! just go watch the movie dude, it’s really good.

definitely agree, much better than PA..

I hope there’s a sequel to The Fourth Kind.. I’m curious as to what happens to the characters.

I don’t even mind if it’s fiction! just a great story and really freaky.

I just read the post about the alternate ending to Paranormal Activity and it doesn’t hold a candle to the ending of “Midnight Meat Train”
Kahless,,, seriously check out the meat train, it contains a hell of a story, and I haven’t seen a more graphically insane ending in years.

To those that haven’t seen, “Midnight Meat Train” might want to check it out. Its also a story about abductions. Told in the horror genre… One of the best horror films I’ve seen in years.

wow. glad to see other people as excited as i am to see this thing.
i don’t know why but the trailer really gave me the chills. and my girlfriend – who totally believes in ufos and aliens – may not even go because she’s scared to.
gonna try and stay away from any spoilers but curious to know what people who have seen it thought of the “actual footage”?

It’s an abduction film that is scary. I’ll try to remember to put up a spoiler discussion post when the review goes up. I think you’ll like it a lot and I’ll be curious to hear what you think about it.

Yeah Dean a lot of the aliens we think are from outer space are actually from Earth. They live underground… (Based on my research)

OK, let me just say that I saw this movie a week ago for a sneak peak and I’m anxiously waiting again for it to come out November 6th. I wish it was out sooner. This movie was awesome. Like the review from other websites said (which is true when you think about it) This is the ONLY movie that even states (especially in the beginning of the movie) that this is REAL archive footage and based off REAL case studies. I know some people want to bash it thinking “O this is another Blair Witch” but to be completely honest…., Paranormal Activity is another Blair Witch. After I saw this movie I had to see Paranormal Activity and when the movie was over I laughed. No where near as scary as “The Fourth Kind” I highly recommend everyone see “The Fourth Kind” with an open mind and remember that were not the only ones in this galaxy. Especially with the hundreds and thousands of other ones out there.

BTW Samiam I completely agree with you. THe ending still has me speechless.

I saw it tonight – much freakier than Paranormal Activity. I think the folks who thought PA was weak might actually like this one – then again, some folks just can’t be pleased.

yep, based on real abduction stories. the way it was filmed was really unique.. it has kind of like sliced mirror images and the actors portrayed the real footage really well.

the way it was told was really genuine and man it was pretty good acting.

just see it for yourself

THE FOURTH KIND is sooo scary.. it’s not even regular scare tactics.. the storyline really gets you thinking..

man, the ending still left me thinking and speechless. i want to watch it again! lol

I don’t believe in any of it but I love the genre.

The demon like movies still freak me out ie. The Exorcist, as does zombie movies, but I am an atheist so it’s a little weird.

This movie looks like it could be good and I like Milla a lot.

LOVED THE TRAILER! can’t wait to see it. real or not, this looks liek a great movie.

i believe.. there is so much that we don’t know how can we say there isn’t other life forms besides humans?

anyhow, i’m very intersted in seeing the real footage and have heard many positive reviews on screening this movie on blogs and twitter.
