When is Arnold’s final days of office over? I never thought in a million years id see my top 3 favorite action stars in one film face to face,lol. As much as id like to see Arnold’s return to films, i only wonder if he would be up to it with him being in his sixties. You’d think it have its toll even on him. One thing i think he would be useful with is by buying rights to the Terminator franchise. I doubt he’ll be in more terminator films when he mentioned he didnt want to cheat the fans by appearing in T4 but he could help make the films better since he knows about the franchise better than anyone thats been involved lately. I wished Kurt Russell would of been involved in Sly’s film cause those two made a great team in Tango & Cash. I wonder if Sly even considered about having Hugh Jackman in the film aswell since i know the two of them are friends. Anyways PG-13 or R-rated im gonna see the movie. Btw, anyone heard if the news about another Rocky film being made is seriously being considered?

@Chrisj: There’s a post on Arnie’s IMDB page that links to a very recent, like last week, interview with Arnie where he says that he won’t stay with politics after his governating times are over. He said that he never saw himself as a politician other than being the governor. He didn’t say he would be into film again, but he’s been hinting more than once lately that he would like to star in something again so I take that as a given if he quite the politicial scene. There’s simply too many fans, too much money, and too fun for him to avoid I’d guess. The guy’s not just popular, he’s a breathing legend.

Its gonna be a done deal about Arnold’s Terms in office being up? I wonder if he would go back to makin movies after being off film for 6 years. Doubtful he would decide to run for president since the consitution calls for him to be born in the states. Im all for Arnold’s return to cinema is hes up to it and i hope hes in a cameo in Predators. Did anyone else besides me enjoy Tango & Cash or Demolition Man that Sly Stallone was in? Till this day im surprised that Tango & Cash atleast didnt have one.

I know that I’m adult, but this brings the kid out of me! Too bad Arnie and Willis aren’t more into the film, but I think they might be in the already talked about sequel…Arnold’s Governating ( and now official ) politicial career is ending in 2010. If they’re to start shooting the follow-up in 2010, who is to say there can’t be a showdown between stallone and schwarzenegger?

I totally agree on the PG-13 vs R violence thing. If you’re going to show people being shot, there should be blood.

I’ve yet to see a good PG-13 shootout, cutaways and those smoke squibs annoy me.

But the real subject here is Arnold, Bruce and Sly in the same scene. Here’s hoping we get a legit reason why Bruce’s character wont slaughtering mofo’s left and right and leaving it to Sly, i’m just worried he might come off as a girlie man.

Bg has always been black for me too. Some blood would make sense because bullets through people tends to lead to some blood, but gore I can care less about, but that’s just me, I will watch this whether PG-13 or R.

I’m thinking more along the PG-13 lines of say Wolverine. Action but no real blood or gore.

When blood/gore is used right (Rambo2008) it can enhance the story. When its removed it can turn the film into a cartoonish experience.

Ah we can keep the boobs for the unrated DVD. PG-13 theater release to get the box office numbers first and fore-most. I’m fine with that.
