Now that we have seen the second trailer, which is awesome, we can now begin to wildly speculate about what Aarom Eckhart will look like as Two-Face in The Dark Knight.
We’ve seen as brief glimpse in the latest trailer, but what will Harvey Dent look like once he has been transformed into the two-faced bad guy?
No idea, but Eckhart spoke with LA Times and he gave us some ideas on what to expect.
The result? By the sound of it, don’t have your dinner before you go to see The Dark Knight.

When asked about the character, Eckhart said:
“I can tell you that, basically, when you look at Two-Face, you should get sick to your stomach. Being the guy under all that, well, that was a lot of fun for me. It’s like you would feel if you met someone whose face had pretty much been ripped off or burned off with acid. I can’t talk about it beyond that because I don’t want to give away too much of the plans by Chris.”
While that’s pretty vague, it sounds very cool. It just might be that we can banish memories of Tommy Lee Jones prancing about with pink latex on his face in Batman Forever.
On the other hand, between descriptions like that and what we’ve seen so far of Heath Ledger as the Joker, it looks like Nolan and company are pushing the boundaries on the PG-13 rating. Parents, you might want to consider leaving the little ones at home for this one.
Seriously.
While I don’t think that The Dark Knight will ever make Iron Man money, I do feel that it has the chance of being the best and most adult comic book adaptation.
I can’t wait.
The Dark Knight opens on July 18.

Rumors have been flying, first it was Sarah Michelle Geller. Warner denied that outright. Then their’s Reese Witherspoon. I think that’s impossible too, because she’s had two other films occupying her. The latest was
Sarah Jane Dunn. Christina Ricci, well that would make her this summers female action star. However, Nolan has went on record as saying that the character isn’t in the movie. Who ya gonna believe?
Yowza if that is indeed Two-Face, that is stomach-churningly awesome. The Jonah-Hex look, however does seem like a brutally realistic depiction of, uh, weird acid exposure… Can’t wait to see the debut of this Two-Face in theaters and watch as popcorn buckets all around get used for another unintended purpose.
For all you High Res fans out there…
Here’s about 40 from the new BATMAN Flick…
