FANTASTIC!!

Heath actually looks more like the Joker in those pictures, IMO.

And Batman looks pretty good as well (in that pic anyway), very nice.

I’m glad they’ve stopped with the more Joker focused advertisements, it’s good to see more of Batman, IMHO.

Niall, I agree, this year is really going to be a terrific year for movies (and comix fans!). Too bad about next year though. The only film that I’m even comparatively excited about seeing is the new Star Trek and I’m even that big a Trek fan. Wolverine = seen 3 of those (hee hee). Watchmen = not caring that much either. Spirit = dissapointment, based on the latest teaser.

Too bad there’s no descent JLA film or Superman sequel/reboot to look forward to.

Kel,

Yeah- when the marketing started I was worried that we might be in for another Batman ‘89 with Batman sidelined.

Can’t wait.
This film to me is like Iron Man to Vic.
Well, this and Indy!!!

(I believe in Harvey Dent).
Forshadowing Harvey’s ability to overcome Two-Face?

No complaints on this posters!
(Other than I don’t have them framed hanging in my Batcave).
Boy Joker really has a boner for Bats. (Can I say that?) Lol!

The Bat Bike looks real awesome!!
I’m thinking (Fat-Tires) are going to be all the rage in a few months.

Also,,,,,
I can imagine those (american chopper ZZ-Top mthfkrs) seeing that poster and building one of those on there show…….?

=-) ยป:-] ;_/

Cool posters. I’m trying not to get too excited for Batman because we have IRON MAN this weekend! HOORAY!!!

Anyone going to see Prince Caspian next week? I’m thinking that it looks pretty good and I did enjoy TLTW&TW…

Prince Caspian is next week? Oh man, looks like a double-header for me, Narnia and Speed Racer! WOOOHOOOOOO!!!!

The posters look awesome! It may be the big financial winner this year.

When I first heard Ledger was the new Joker I couldn’t get my head round it. Seemed the dumbest choice ever.

Now, sold.

Always knew Bale was going to be great though.

the first 3 are good, but the batpod one is a little to ghost rider for me. The colors are good, but I keep looking for the chain bats should be swinging in the air. Yeehaw!

I’m still not 100% on Ledger’s Joker.

790, LOL! I hope he doesn’t have one for Bats….altho I do hear he says a line from Bareback Mountain to Batman in TDK, “you complete me”.

The moment he says “I wish I knew how to quit you” to Batman is the moment I leave the theater haha. ;-)
Also, I can’t wait to see the new batcave and I’m crossing my fingers for a sleeker, cooler (more comix style) batmobile, you know, an ACTUAL BATMOBILE. Seeing Joker blow that piece of $%#@ monster truck up in TDK will be a highlight in the film for me.

You don’t like the tumbler?
I thought it was awesome. I’m not too crazy about the batpod but, I wasn’t too crazy about the Tumbler at first either. July can’t come soon enough.

KEL said,

Naw, I’m this site’s resident comix purist LOL.

I prefer the sleeker, cooler looking Batmobile.

Batman can have a Tumbler for SPECIAL occasions but as his regular Batmobile? Nah.

I see. well at least it’s not Joel Schumacher’s batmobile, that thing looked like a action figure. I will never forgive anyone who likes Batman & Robin (1997). the Batmobile in Batman (1989) was awesome though.

KEL said,

Agreed but the batmobile wasn’t the problem with his movies. ;-)
I prefer the one from the 89 film (also prefer that score) or the one from the NAO Batman/JL toons.

wasn’t Batman and Robin one the ten most expensive movies ever made when it came out? Where did the money go? rubber icicles? One moment when Robin is fighting the plants in the water, he comes up for air and the plants pull him down, and the film is actually just reversed! Cheesiest thing I had ever seen - never forgot it.

89 batmobile was awesome. The batpod isn’t bad, it’s the wheelie in that picture that’s bad. I can see the headline now, record number of head injuries from kids trying to imitate that poster.

hehehe Joel is something else entirely when it comes to movies.
that score was awesome, it always has a place on my Movie music CD’s or playlists.
Mark Hamill was awesome as the joker in the animated series.

wait a sec, is the batpod driving down the side of a building? or jumping out a window? I can’t tell

Copy that Panda.
My (defensive gaydar) went up on Batman & Robin big time.
That’s the only Batman movie I didn’t see. (To this day).

Clooney as Bats. Hahahahaaaa!
