This movie looks quite interesting. I agree that the idea of a bad guy running into a worse bad guy is pretty cool. I’m not quite sure why the trailer was red banded though. Looked like any other horror trailer to me…

Even if it’s almost an exact copy of saw, just in a different setting and with different characters it should be great. Saw I is my favorite of the series because of how well it was written(IMO at least) and how great and unpredictable the ending was. 2-5 have just played off the great ending of the first hoping to shock the viewers over and over again. While 2-4 were still alright movies, they weren’t close to the greatness of Saw I. I hope this new story will at least get some more creativity out of the writers and give us another good film close to Saw.

From the writers of the Saw movies, huh? Well, I wasn’t a fan of those movies, so this looks like a pass for me. Of course, if I get one of those free passes from Regal, I may use it to watch this.
