It’s about time.

I think Screenrant is the only movie site around which has finally said ‘Hey, what’s this “Box” movie about”? There may be others, but this is the first time I seen mention of it anywhere outside of Quicktime/Apple trailers. I have been eager to see this film, not just due to Richard Kelly but also the cast of the film as well. My first exposure to it was on Quicktime Apple trailers, and it got me hooked. I’m pretty sure I know what the catch is (it’s kind of hinted at) but that makes the film’s potential all that more interesting to me.

As to the question of the Saw music. What’s wrong with you people? No, not the filmmakers and the studio….the commenters and Ross. So a score hasn’t been finished for a movie. Hasn’t anyone heard of ‘temp music’? Used music from other films is common in film trailers. How many times have we heard James Horner’s ‘Aliens’ music in early film trailers? Nobody complains about that overkill.

I really like the Saw theme at the end. It’s a pretty rockin’ song. Looks pretty interesting to me. I also like James Marsden

Just like Ross said, Kelly has a reputation for not making things straight forward, so there’ll likely be a huge, bizarre twist or two to make it more enjoyable.

I actually saw a Twilight Zone or a Tales from the Darkside episode about this a few months ago (can’t remember which series it was).

I can’t see how they could get and ENTIRE movie out of that. It’s pretty cut and dry.

Looks like a Twilight Zone movie to me; eerie with a message. I was also thinking Needful Things while looking at the trailer. Might be something good to watch.

Looks Okay and I really do hope Kelly gets more work. I did feel, judging by the trailer, that the scope of the movie is a little too big. I think it would’ve been more fun to watch if it was a little more “personal” and not this whole “I have people working for me everywhere in my corporation”. But I’ll reserve my judgments.

Hopefully Kelly redeems himself.

Hmmm, there were bits in the Trailer that made it look almost supernatural at some points, I was thinking it’d be more grounded. That doesn’t make me want to see it any less though! Really looking forward to this, Donnie Darko gave them a free pass from me as well
