At the start of the year the much anticipated first trailer for the big screen version of The A-Team finally hit. Although not unanimous, the general feeling was that they've done a solid job updating the show for a modern day movie-going audience and that the actors look great in their respective roles (although a lot of people have been having a problem with Quinton Jackson as B.A. Baracus).

Now we have a second official trailer for you to enjoy, one that gives us more of an idea of the style of action in the film (luckily it's not all as ridiculous as parachuting out of a plane in a tank from the end of the first trailer) as well as the plot. We also get to see a bit more of Jessica Biel as Captain Charisa Sosa, the ex girlfriend of Face (Bradley Cooper) and Patrick Wilson as the man trying to track the Team down.

Update: Along with the trailer there's also a new A-Team poster that's been released. Check it out (click for larger version):

Fans of the original A-Team TV show will no doubt have gotten a kick out of seeing the new B.A. being scared of flying in the new trailer. I thought that was a nice call back to Mr. T and his legendary portrayal of the character. Now all we need is for him to like milk...

Although the action still looks a bit on the over-the-top side (c'mon - catching a man in a helicopter while he falls from a building?), I have to say it looks like a whole lot of fun. And aside from some questionable acting from Quinton Jackson as B.A. (he's a UFC fighter, remember), Liam Neeson as Hannibal, Bradley Cooper as Face and particularly Sharlto Copley as Murdock all talk the talk and walk the walk very well in their roles.

What do you think of the latest A-Team trailer?

The A-Team opens in theaters on June 11th, 2010.
