In due respect. Out of all the sequels that I've seen, they were all good. In the next up comming film in which I hope to see. The movie should show a glimps of the time machine that transported the Terminator and Kyle Reese into the past. And I hope they show how the resistence captured the T-800 and reprogramed it to protect John Connor, and another to protect John and Katherine. And I hope they show more action with the Terminators, Hunter Killer Tanks and Hunter Killer Planes versus the Human Resistence. Make it look like a civil war kind of battle in the future. And the movie should be called Terminator 5: The Future War. Because, I've seen so many war movies and action movies. If the producers would do it something like that. That would make everyone realize what our soldiers of today are going through. Dispite what we do and how we treat our vets. I hope that this would make a difference. I would like to see the machines get totally blown in pieces and some fallen soldiers and make the movie so horrorrific that would make me believe that it is a nightmare, like what happen to Kyle in the first film.

I am a great fan of the Terminator Saga. And if someone reads this I hope the production would honor my opinion. It would stand as the Best movie ever made and the Best franchise in history to brake the box office of all time, I believe it will.

I just have to point out tex that the resistance didn't have the signals to destroy anything. I don't get how you paid close enough attention to notice costume errors but didn't catch the part where it is described to Marcus that the signal was a ploy to find the resistance HQ. Everything was a trap. Skynet gives them the signal, makes them feel high and mighty, they have to make open communications, find HQ, and yeah the rest is history...or the future...or something like that. So to sum it up, there was really no signals. They were a trap. I loved the movie though.

I have been highly anticipating the new film T4...but was somewhat disappointed..it was slow and repetitive.."I am John Connor and YOU are the resistance..." and "What's your name?...Kyle Reese..." OK, I know who John Connor and Kyle Reese are..but get to the point..Obviously John Connor is in search of his father...w/o him, John cannot exist..but if you recall in the first film...Reese returned back in time with a polaroid of Conor's mother...in T4, the photo was barely intact. It is apparent that the old Reese has no idea that he is John's father...but in T4..it got too close for comfort..There were also editing errors like when Marcus and Blair get attacked from nowhere..made no sense..and then costume change errors...Anyway, I do agree that Marcus (Worthington) was the lead character and should be recognized as such over Bale, especially during Golden Globes and Academy Awards...Bales' character had no substance...By the way, if the Resistance had the signals to destroy the transports, then why didnt HQ just use it to destroy Skynet, rather than risking human lives, as well as preventing its sub HQ from getting destroyed..

I still can't get over the motorcycle terminators, but other than that the trailer looked cool. I'm glad that they're committed to making more Terminator films, as now HOPEFULLY we'll get to see how/if humans triumph in the end....

I'm pretty excited about T4 after seeing that trailer. It'll never be quite up there with the first two, but I'm hoping it'll be a fun movie (but not fun in an Elton John sunglasses, 'Talk to the Hand' way, like the third one).

A trilogy is a good idea as long as the quality is retained. Then at least there will be two good series of films (these ones will never really feel part of the originals), plus a random rubbish one in the middle.

If they didn't continue with a trilogy I think the whole lot would just feel a bit too scatty and inconsistent. Especially as T5 would inevitably come along at some point - it's probably better made by the same people, with the same cast, rather than another random offering years down the line.

I wonder if Arnie would be game for the fifth one?

I think the T4 trailer looked awesome, though the really gig one at the end with the canon for a head, really bothered me. It just looked stupid.
As for T5, hopefully WB does not end up with their foot in their mouth on this one.And who knows maybe the 2nd will be far suuperior than the T4, heaven knows how many sequels were better than their Predessors (Aliens, TDK, Toy Story 2,Spiderman 2, though some may disagree, Empire Strikes Back, Just to name a few).
I guess We will wait and see how it goes.
