I love your website, seriously. I read it daily via my Greader.

However, being based in the UK, I wish just sometimes your competitions were open outside of the US & CA.

I’d even pay for the P&P myself!

Cheers,

Entered, and I already get the newsletter, so I didn’t put my email in that box thingy.

First prize is a screaming match with Christian Bale.

@James

Usually it’s out of my hands because the sponsor ships the product, but I’m double checking with them right now. I’ll let you know. :-)

Also from the UK, also wish I could enter. But then that’s just another pitfall us from outside the US have to put up with, along with some online videos not being playable outside the US and websites not be accessible (not without putting in a butt load of effort to make them believe you’re in the US, which isn’t really worth my time).

Hey gang, great news – ANYONE can enter regardless of geographic location, so you UK folks have a shot at winning this one!

You’re welcome. :-D

Hot Damn! I’m in!

That’s great news! Nice one! :D

Funnily, i thought this site was in England and you guys were all Englishmen!Weird.Anyway i cant stand Bale but the concept art looks great so i might as well take a stab in the dark.

I saw two of these at a Walden Books (or was it Books a Million?) and they are VERY cool, was thinking about buying them, but I guess now I’ll wait to see if I’ve won first… :-P Not going to get to see the movie on opening day, unfortunately, promised a friend to wait for him to get back from training… Which is only a few days after, phew. If it was too far away from opening, I probably would have seen it before he got back, then again when he does anyhow, lol.

Gary says:

Congrats to the winners !
those are great books,
You will enjoy them
If you can,
try to also pick up the Official Terminator Salvation Prequel ,From The Ashes By Timothy Zahn.
THAT would have made a great film .

ThomasHicks says:

wow I cant belive I won! first contest I have ever won haha!
Cant wait to get them!

Congrats to the winners, and the “Art of” looks cool enough to go out and buy.

Congrats to the winners.

Natalie Henderson says:

Wow, I can’t believe I’ve won! I’ve waited for ages for a competition open to the uk on this site!

Yay! Thank you!! :-)

790 says:

Gary is that prequel novel worth a read?

Gary says:

790,
I thought it was a good read .
it has action,
But it also goes deeper into the relationships between John and Kate connor,
as well as gives us more detail about not only the relationship between The mute girl Star and Kyle Reese
but it goes into great detail about the community they live in and how tough it is to survive Post Judgement Day,
Not just avoiding Terminators, but finding fresh food
farming , things like that.
it also has little Terminator Easter eggs,
Like John Connors continuing love for the music of Guns N Roses for example. So its a mix of action and chraacter stuff .
you are looking for From The Ashes by Timothy Zahn.
Did you find the The Star trek Destiny Trilogy yet?

790 says:

No Gary I totally forgot about Star Trek Destiny. Thanks for the reminder.

I’m going to run by a book store tonight and look for both of these. Thanks!

Dear Screen Rant,

I would be more than happy to sign the “ART of books” for the 3 winners.
Congratulations to you all.

Martin Laing
Production Designer for Terminator Salvation

Natalie Henderson says:

Thanks so much Martin – that would have been great!!!

Unfortunately, being the UK winner I received my prize from the English offices of Titan yesterday so I guess that won’t be happening!

Ah well, really great prize!!! Thank you Screen Rant!!! :)

Natalie,

You’re welcome – and you may still be able to get your book signed by Martin if you’re within commuting distance of the event mentioned in our current contest here:

http://screenrant.com/terminator-salvation-limited-art-contest-kofi-11144/

You should head over and look for Martin – tell him you were a previous Screen Rant winner and I’m sure he’ll sign your book for you. :)

Natalie Henderson says:

Hi Martin,

Thanks so much – that would be wonderful if I could make it.

Unfortunately my MS is playing up at the minute so I can’t walk very well which is never good when trying to get around London.

Thanks again for your offer :)

Natalie
