Yeah man, I’ve been telling my circle, we gotta find our John Connor quick and put some cybernetic attachments to Arnold so that he can save us.

But back to Cameron, yeah I know about that part but thinking back then, 1990, to come up with ideas such as what I mentioned about Skynet not wanting the Terminator units to think, then Ronald D. Moore pulls off that same concept with BSG and the Centurions. T2 is awesome mang…honestly, if you could pick on film to best represent a decade, being the 90s, it would have to be Terminator 2.

Now all we need is a T-L-2! Come on Mr. Cameron, True Lies 2!!!

Well, his brother is an actual engineer and he and his brother works together on a lot of these things, so Cameron ends up really designing usable things for his movies. Don’t be surprised if super human like robots are built one day and they use Cameron’s blueprints for the Terminator endo-skeleton to get all of the movements and joints correct. If you look closely at the design it does look like it covers all of a real human’s natural range of motion… Pretty scary stuff…

Looking for that in the T2 quotes but while reading over them, Cameron was a smart M’Fer! Especially the part where Skynet limits the Terminator’s learning CPU so that Skynet does not want it thinking for themselves. Smart stuff.

Gary, we’ll just have to wait and see if McG was telling the truth of duping us for a surprise on-screen.

Personally, I would prefer if Arnold was not in Salvation and they just reveal the T-800 exo-skeleton. What Arnold said before of him making a cameo being too misleading makes sense.

Haha Gary, but you know, Arnold could have been in the first Hulk and I wouldn’t have known. After the hulk dogs, hulk changing size everytime the camera leaves him and comes back, and hulk crying, I think I stopped paying attention to save my brain the anguish…

Well I see your point Ken, but like Shatner in Star Trek Arnold is too old.

There spending all this money on CGI and Roland looks just like a young Arnold.

(IMO) its more of a name recognition and adds shock value to the film…

Let’s face it if the film sucks Arnolds not going to want to do it. I think that’s the real story here…

Arnolds not very popular our here in California, at least to some ppl…
He sucks as Governor. Having him in the film might even be a bad idea. ???

790, I don’t think it’s a matter of faith, it’s just that it is more like a treat for the fans of the originals, not really for the story. Like Lou Ferrigno being in the Edward Norton Incredible Hulk. The role wasn’t even important, but it was simply a treat for the fans. I’m sure if Bill Bixby was alive they would have had a cameo for him as well.

Like Linda Hamilton’s voice-over. I’m sure they could have had Christian Bale do the VO or simply not have it, but it’s a treat for the fans.
