I don’t think it’s exposure, at least not for Bale. How much more exposure do you need when you’ve already starred in one highly regarded superhero blockbuster and are about to release what could be an even more highly regarded sequel with what will likely be even bigger at the Box Office.

I hate to sound rude. But why oh why do we get the smallest tidbits of news about this movie but not movies that actually have potential to be good?

Stephen says:

I think that the movie has a great cast but I don’t understand the PG-13 rating. It doesn’t make sense for a terminator movie. A friend started up a campaign to force the studio to change there decision on the rating: https://www.thepoint.com/campaigns/terminator-4-r-rated-only

Surma, what movies in particular are you referring to?

A couple of bonefide thespians in the Terminator franchise…wow…so no “I’ll be back” this time around…

baker2d says:

We all hope it will be good, but I hoped the newest Star Wars would be, and i felt let down.

Aslong as there are no massively Jar-Jar type characters put in for the kiddies or young ones, it cannot be that bad.

If the script rumors are true I would be very disappointed if Swarzenegger does a cameo.
(IMO) It would cheapen and disgrace the first 3 films.

At this point I’ve pretty much lost all hope in this film, and have written it off until further info comes out on the script.

For me, Bale can’t save this if Connor’s killed, and if that’s the direction this future war is headed I’m gone.
PG-13 isn’t helping matters either.

Surma says:

Lol, I wasn’t really referring to anything in particular, it just baffles me the amount of coverage there is for this movie when I know everyones feelings about are luke warm at best(keep in mind I know there are fans who still think it will be good). I mean sure I don’t have to visit this site, but I personally believe it would be in the sites best interests to skip articles about Terminator at least until there is a trailer or something pops up to give the movie new light. I also am aware that sure this article mostly talks about like I said the oddness this film has too it, but still I’m sure it took away writing and finding time that could be used on (I don’t know what) scrounging up something on a movie that more faithful site visitors would care about. Again I mean no offense what so ever and if everyone else disagrees and wants to hear every little update in the process of this movie then just slap me in the head and I’ll shut up about all this.

I need more info on this film keep it coming. !!! ;-)

Surma, no worries, bud. Terminator has a legacy and the first couple in the series are classics so there’s interest in this one as well.

Plus, we cover mainly sci-fi, superhero and action movies here on Screen Rant and this fits right in. :-)
