I’m so stoked the first teenage mutant ninja turtles move is still to this day my favorite movie from my childhood just priceless. Can’t wait to see how this one turns out, im so exited but their going to have to do alot to even come close to how good the original is.

Damn, all this talk of TMNT makes me think about that horrendous game that came out for the NES, do you guys remember that one?? I tried so hard to beat it but it was downright impossible… And the worst thing is, other than the way the characters appeared, nothing in the game had anything to do with the ninja turtles universe… WTF??? They had killer robot things, weird flying bats, music ripped straight from another game not related to ninja turtles, impossible hard platformer parts of the game, the news van shot missiles, come on…

So we all love the first TMNT movie and the second is not horrible but the third one was horse manure. The most recent flick had its ups and downs but focused more on Leo and Raph so I am hoping that the new assignment will involve the turtles as a whole.

This very good news to me. I grew up with the 80′s cartoon, owned almost all the Ninja Turtles toy figures are playsets which i wish kept till this day instead of listening to my mother,lol and of-course seen All 3 Ninja Turtle films in theaters. I loved the first film cause it was action packed and i was surprised when i first saw it that it had Casey Jones in it. The second film wasnt as great as the first but was still entertaining and worth seeing. As for the third film, they could of done better with it like introduce the Rat King or somthing. I also watched Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation cause most people consider that series takes place after the films ended. I didnt care much for the series cause it didnt have the feel even with it being live action. As the new Ninja Turtles cartoon, i still liked the 80′s series more and i havnt seen TMNT film yet so i cant comment on it. ON personal not, i loved Shredder’s helmet in the 2nd movie. The guy who played Shredder in both films did a awesome job and i liked how Corey Fieldman portrayed Donatello’s voice. Bottom line is i hope this remake lives pretty close to the original.

The quality of this movie really does depend on the first people that will be attached. Producer/Director will tell us a lot. Studio will tell us a lot too.

I hear a lot of good stuff about 3D, how the technology is finally catching up and they can have a “true” 3D movie, but I have to see it for myself I guess. James Cameron knows his film technology and if he’s so excited about it, then that’s a good sign.

TMNT

Damn, I wish I had my original comic, lol, probably worth some cash nowadays.
Yeah, I’m neutral on the whole reboot of the franchise right now, I hear good things but the history of TMNT has not been that great (3rd movie was HORRIBLE, new cartoons don’t have the same feel, video games are pretty crappy).

I guess we need some more news. So ScreenRant, get on it already!
