The first look on the last episodes of Teen Wolf has finally landed, revealing the return of a few familiar friendly faces. With just 10 outings left to fully wrap-up its six-year run, the MTV series is expected to have a lot of things going on for it when it comes back on air after its mandatory midseason hiatus.

Last time we saw Beacon Hills, all seems well in the small town. The Ghost Riders are gone and Stiles (Dylan O’Brien), whose real name apparently is Mieczyslaw, has successfully come out of limbo and has been off to George Washington University to take up a pre-FBI course. His best pal, Scott (Tyler Posey), meanwhile has been off to UC Davis for college and his lady love, Lydia (Holland Roden), has headed to MIT. But the squad's ideal normal life will be suddenly shattered when they are called back to their small hometown to deal with a rising new villain. Fortunately, some old friends will be willing to lend a helping hand in order to finally have ultimate peace in the town.

The almost two-minute clip, seen above, shows Scott and his friends being haunted and hunted. From the looks of it, the massive number of dead bodies found were being pinned on them, so instead of the town being welcoming of the pack when they descend back to Beacon Hills, they were greeted with a rather some unfriendly people. Towards the end of the video, Stiles casually drives in asking his old friend, "You didn't think you were doing this without me, did you?" With him is Derek Hale (Tyler Hoechlin) while Jackson (Colton Haynes) and Ethan (Charlie Carver) were also spotted throughout the teaser.

If the teaser video is any indication, Teen Wolf season 6B will be resolving a lot of the remaining narrative loose ends by tying them full circle with earlier storylines from the show. And there is no more effective way of playing off of the nostalgia factor than bringing back some of the most well-loved characters from the series. Further, it is also great to see actors coming back especially Hoechlin and Haynes, who both have appeared in other popular shows since their departure in Teen Wolf with Supergirl and Arrow, respectively.

While the mini reunion is more than welcome, the festivities will have to wait as Scott and the rest of the group is threatening Beacon Hills via turning a lot of people against the pack. Earlier this month, actor Linden Ashby, who plays Sheriff Stilinski in the series, has issued a warning about a number of big casualties coming in the last 10 episodes of Teen Wolf

Teen Wolf season 6 is scheduled to be back on the airwaves on July 30 but fans can expect to know more about what will go down in the home stretch of the series when it hosts a panel later this month in Comic-Con International: San Diego. Among the cast members who are attending include Posey, Dylan Sprayberry, Shelley Hennig, Cody Christian and Khylin Rhambo along show exec Jeff Davis.
